This deluxe oceanview unit is located in the 'Luana Kai' complex, a 3 story, 113 unit complex on the South side (Kihei) of Maui "ON THE OCEAN", and near a multitude of beaches (Kalepolepo Beach Park to the north-Kamaole Beaches to the south), activities, and whale watching (in season).
For you golfers, there is a putting green directly below your lanai. The World-Famous Golf Courses of Wailea and Makena (and their beautiful beaches) are only minutes away, and your central location is close to everything on the Island.
Wailea's Golf Courses and Hotels are ten minutes south, and Azeka's Shopping Plaza with shops and lots of fine dining is only 3 blocks down the road.
This spacious 2 level condo overlooks the lush landscaping of the private courtyard and pool area and affords a clear and spectacular view of the ocean from the lanai.

Freshly painted, newer carpet/ceramic tile, newer window coverings, newer appliances, and new bedding insure a first class experience for our guests. The bathrooms have been updated, with new vanities/fixtures granite counters, etc. in 2008/2009. Large new sectional sofa and lounge chairs, an antique armoir and side tables, provide for a very comfortable living room area.
In the master suite loft, is a queen bed with private full bathroom, and on the main level is a second full bathroom and bedroom with two single beds, as well as sleeping for 1/2 on the portable queen bed.
Wireless High Speed Internet is now available (please inquire as to pricing), so bring your laptop, and stay connected.
Four tennis courts,pool,jacuzzi,sauna,top quality stainless steel gas grills,shuffleboard, putting green and the outdoor kitchen cabana are for the use of our guests. Beach Towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beverage/lunch coolers are all provided for your convenience.
In 2008, the pool and hot tub was completely remodeled, along with the very popular shuffleboard area. New and updated pool landscaping, completes this wonderful outdoor area.
For parents with babies, we can direct you to a wonderful baby equipment store which rents cribs,strollers,car seats,toys, etc. as well as baby supplies (diapers/formula, etc) ....delivered to the condo! No need to lug all of babies equipment with you.

What a view! I wondered if the pictures of the lanai were accurate. I would say no, it was better! Every spot on the lanai had a view! Whether you are looking at the ocean or the mountains you can't get enough! The condo had everything we wanted and a few extras. Having the coolers and beach gear was wonderful. The location was close to the farmers market, great snorkeling, shopping and Fred's Mexican resteruant! It's also a short drive to the Maui Mall where we were able to take in a couple of free shows and way too much Guri Guri (the best dessert on the island-Tasakas)! My only heads up for the condo is that the great view comes at a price. With no elevator you have two flights of stairs for every adventure. My Mom really felt this by the end of the week. The condo was like home away from home. The grounds and pool were cleaned every morning. We can't wait to go back!
