The Hillsider condominiums are absolutely the best lodging value in Steamboat Colorado. This 1 bed plus loft/two bath Condo (sleeps six) has recently been renovated and includes a full equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace! The Hillsider complex sits on a hill near the base area of the Ski Resort, providing great views of the the entire Yampa valley. This complex is walking distance to restaurants, bus stop and very close to the gondola! The Hillsider complex also includes a Heated Pool (Summer only) and hot tub for our guests to enjoy.

Location Location Location - you can walk to the Gondola during ski season, you have a heated pool during the Summer, there is a shuttle stop right next the unit, everything for a great stay in the Mountains! Steamboat is a great little mountain town with friendly locals and lots of small town charm!

Convenient to everything in Steamboat! When staying at the Hillsider condos you can either walk, ride your bike or take the FREE shuttle anywhere in town. I can go a whole week and never have to get behind the wheel of a car! Walk to the base of the ski area in less than 5 minutes or take the shuttle! There is a small grocery store 1 block away, several restaurants, walk to the river and go fishing, ride your bike to the local trails, everything is easy to get to!
You are 2 blocks from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. You can take the FREE shuttle to the ski or walk in less than 5 minutes!

I loved visiting Steamboat Springs so much after purchasing a condo at the Pines at Orehouse, that I decided to become a year round resident! So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town. Great place! If only Brad could deliver fresh POW, the stay would have been perfect! I will call Brad in the future and will refer more people. We referred another group that stayed during the same week (Lori Butts), and they loved their stay as well.
