Our Property is a Luxury and comfortable 3 Bedroom Villa. Professionally decorated with high end, hand made furnishings & drapes. The floral lush tropical grounds, gardens and facilities are professionally maintained. With-in the resort is our new gated development called Grand Marina Villas offering privacy, security and out door entertaining at the Palapa bar which features a grill and sink for private small or large gatherings. The covered parking will give you ample room for two vehicles. Everything you need is here with- in less than a block.

House residence 2 story building with outdoor pool and luscious well groomed gardens.
This NEW 3BR house has 3.5 baths located in a gated 24hour security guard area called Grand Marina Villas within the fabulous expanding Paradise Village development.

The Master BR has a king size bed, TV & DVD, and its own bath with jacuzzi and balcony. The second BR has 2 queen size beds, the 3 BR has a king size bed; each BR has its own bathroom, balcony, TV & DVD. Total of 2 Kings & 2 Queens. There is a kitchen with all appliances and utensils provided. The House is equipped with a air conditioning and fan controls in all 3 bedrooms. The House can comfortably sleep up to 8 people including kids.
Just 5 minutes walking from the House is the amazing beach of Bahia de Banderas bay. The villa has an spectacular view to the marina. Living room is equipped with FLAT 42 inch FLAT SCREEN.
Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about a 15 minutes car taxi ride.

  • Wow, As soon as I walked in I knew I was at home. This place was amazing. The Villa was immaculate, just as described if not better. Staff was very kind, furnishings were beautiful and near by activities for all ages. You practically have your own private pool outside your back door, beach across the street and marina a stones throw away. You will not be disapointed. I highly recommend, I will definitely be back!

  • Wonderful villa in a great complex. The villa was well equipped. The grounds and pool area were immaculate. Having access to the Sports Club and Paradise Village meant no shortage of activities for our family. I would highly recommend this area of Mexico for a family trip.

  • I highly recommend this villa for those looking to go on vacation, but want to get away from the typical hotel experience. We have stayed here several times and we will continue coming back. The furnishings are absolutely immaculate and the place has everything you need. When we come here, we bring just enough books, stay near the pool, and occasionally pop into the nearby hotel for happy hour! The beach is steps away...There’s nothing but good things to say!

  • What a great Villa. We had such a good time over Christmas that we booked the unit again a few weeks later for another week. There is shopping, restaraunts and clean beach just a minutes walk away, but we spent most of the time around the pool and patios. I personally recommend joining the sport club for a nominal fee, it is a first rate facility for your family (even young kids) and gives you 50% off of golfing! Nelida the realtor was great with helping us get situated and thru out our stay. We'll be back for sure. Eric Van and Family
