Why the Owner Chose Warrior's Mark
The Army sent us here 6 years ago and we love Colorado. Skiing and snowboarding is something all of our family of 6 enjoys, so for us, the investment in property in a great ski town like Breckenridge was an easy choice.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We drive very little around town and prefer to use the shuttle "free ride" service Breck offers. In nice weather we walk to town. Being close to slopes allows us to come home for lunch, and we often backcountry ski in the afternoon as the lines get longer on the lifts. We built a sauna in 2008, and it is perfect for winding down after a day of skiing! In summer, we have discovered great hiking and mountain biking right out our door.
Owner's Map of Warrior's Mark
This is us getting the coveted belt buckle after finishing the Leadville 100 mountain bike race. What an event! Mountain biking and hiking in the summer is just awesome in Breck and the surrounding Summit County.

Spent a long w/e here with some friends while visiting various sites in CO. So relaxing to grill on the back deck and feel immersed in the mts. Plenty of space indoors and fully stocked with everything one would need. Comfy beds, flannel sheets for those chilly winter nights. Loved the wood-burning stove. Kathy is a professional and pleasure to work with.

Everything was terrific! This was a unique property that had everything we were looking for: it's close to town, on the bus route, sleeps a large number of people, affordable, nice layout - kids could all bunk up downstairs and have their own space, while adults' rooms on top floor were great. Locker/closet space for lots of skis. Nice kitchen and dining area. I searched for many, many hours to find this combination of factors, and it was perfect for our needs (I brought several kids along for a week of skiing/training, and then came back two years later for a second trip). Convenient & reasonable. Kathy was great to work with - she went out of her way to make sure everything was just right for us to have a great week. She's the kind of person you'll like to do business with. You'll be very pleased!

This is a great condo! Lots of room, clean, kid friendly. We love to stay in the fall and summer - tons of hiking, biking and close enough to town for shopping and spa time. The kitchen is well stocked for when we want to eat in. Lots of good restaurants in Breckenridge that are also convenient. Sky light in the master bedroom is great to gaze at the stars. Great time of year to enjoy this beautiful area!

We had an excellent time at this condo. It has a great cabin environment and the amenites are wonderful. The fireplace was outstanding as it really puts off alot of heat. With three full restrooms it was easy for the whole family to use the showers. Bus stop was right in front of the house so even with alot of snow we were able to get to the stop easily. You can tell the owners really enjoy their home as there are family touches throughout. The owners are also awesome people. I would highly recommend this property. We have been there twice- once in the fall and once in early winter and are planning another trip there this summer.
