$300 Refundable Damage Deposit.
50% of Total Due with Signed Agreement, Within Seven Calendar Days of Booking.
Final 50% Due and Paid 21 Days Prior to Occupancy Date.
Damage Deposit Refundable 14 Days After Departure, If No Damage Done.
