This beautiful four bed house is ideally located on the Golden Mile of Marbella just a few metres from the beach and close to the busy bars and restaurants. The house is well presented in a well kept street which leads directly down to the beach and the pool. As you enter the house from the street, the front garden is terraced with a table and chairs for four people. As you enter the house there is a large modern lounge with dining area and a beautiful galleried kitchen with a small seating area. There is also a single bedroom with an en-suite shower/wc. The lounge leads out onto a good sized private garden which has three quality sun beds plus a seating area for six together with a barbeque. Upstairs, there are three further en-suite bathrooms. Two doubles plus a twin. There is a further upper level which is closed off to guests. Parking is outside the house on the quiet road although a car is not really necessary with this property.<p>The front garden provides an extra seating area for six people. Turning left, you find the communal tennis and padel courts which are free to use for guests. Turning right from th4e house you will reach the beautiful communal swimming with a second smaller children’s pool to the side. From here, you will also find the Golden Mile boardwalk next to the swimming pool. This leads directly onto the beaches. From here you also have access the many beach bars and restaurants that run all the way along the sea front. We highly recommend this house as an ideal property for those wishing to visit Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
