Featuring an ideal location just one block from the popular John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, this 734-square-foot suite provides the best of both worlds: a view overlooking Florida's scenic intracoastal waterways; and a short walk (just 75 feet) across the street to the pristine white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy the view of a picturesque marina that houses an array of yachts and charter boats from the suite’s furnished balcony. Stroll just one block to the newly-renovated John’s Pass Village, Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction, which is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village with an array of shops, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters and cruises. Recent new restaurant additions include Latitudes (located waterfront in the resort's parking lot), as well as Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and Hooters (at John's Pass).
Featuring classic Mediterranean architecture and beautiful decor, the suite has a living room, master bedroom with queen-sized bed, kitchen, large bathroom, and a sitting room/2nd bedroom with a daybed with pop-up trundle (daybed can form two twin beds, or trundle can pop-up to form one queen-size bed). Plus, all-new wood laminate flooring was installed in November 2011.
Offerings include such luxurious in-suite amenities as a complete kitchen with full-size refrigerator, granite kitchen countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, silverware, cutlery, glasses, and even wine glasses are also provided. In addition, there is a dining room table with four chairs, as well as two barstools, providing ample room to enjoy meals.
In addition, the suite features a full-size washer and dryer, a furnished balcony (which overlooks the marina), two televisions (both with more than 80 cable channels), two DVD players, CD player/radio, complimentary wireless internet (Wi-Fi), and a large bathroom with granite countertops.
Guests are able to enjoy such resort offerings as a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a luxury day spa, and covered parking.
Guests staying at the resort have an easy walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful beach, known for its pristine soft white sand, crystal clear water, beautiful sunsets, and views of playful dolphins just off shore. A public access boardwalk takes you right to the beach. Two beach chairs are in the room for your complimentary use.
Guests also enjoy an easy stroll to John’s Pass Village, which houses more than 100 quaint shops and restaurants. In addition to the option to rent many boats and waverunners, patrons can choose from such options as a pirate cruise, dolphin watch cruise, and nature cruise. Many deep-sea fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving charters are also available. Parasailing, fishing off of the shore, or simply relaxing on the boardwalk and watching the boats cruise by are among the other options available.
The resort has a 24-hour manned registration desk, on-site management, and provides daily light housekeeping service.

Was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Staff at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. It was a short walk across the street to the beach and easy walk to Johns Pass.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

My Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in June ,the Condo was very comfortable with everything that you need to make your holiday- the staff was very friendly and helpful .eveyrthing is on your doorstep a great Beach and St.Johns Pass just a block away with shop's and Resturant's..we hope to return next year. What a perfect place to spend my mothers' day weekend. We found the unit clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with everything we needed. The view was great from the balcony and the beach across the street was beautiful. We will definitely be back.
