Welcome! Our spacious Golf Villa is located in the The Fairway Villas at the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast.
This new listing is located in a resort complex on the fairways of the world class Beach Course of Waikoloa. It is a short 10-minute walk to the Kings' Shops and the white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay. The infinity edge pool and spa overlooks the golf course and Kings' Lake.
Our three-bedroom, three-bath villa with lanai offers a full kitchen, complete with appliances and granite counter tops and is perfect for preparing a meals. The master bathroom offers a separate shower and an oversized deep bathtub. The unit is two stories, with the entrance on the first floor.
Condo bedroom/sleeping layout is as follows: Upstairs- Master Bedroom /King, Jr. Master / Queen, Fold-out bed in Loft. Downstairs: Bedroom / 2 twin beds (shared common area bathroom), Fold-out bed in Living room.
