The top floor has two good sized bedrooms with one queen and one full size bed. There is air-conditioning and heat. The total size is 408 sq. ft.
The Pirates Cove miniature golf complex is located almost directly behind and across the street from the condos on the back side (away from the ocean). The pathway to the beach is DIRECTLY across the street and about 100 paces from your front door to the sand.
There are restaurants and shops all around this townhouse and you don't even have to get in your car all week if you so choose. There is one off-street parking space that is directly in front of your door. If you do choose to travel in the car, there are many attractions close by. Funtown-Splashtown USA, the Aquaboggin, and a drive-in theater are all within 10 minutes by car. Portland is only 20 minutes and LL Bean is about 30 minutes. No matter how you choose to enjoy your stay, you will leave with great memories and look forward to returning again and again. |
