Stay right on the beach!
Mainsail is a private gated beach front community that is located on 15 acres. It is ideally located at the end of Scenic Gulf Drive very near the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. It is very convenient to many restaurants and amusements for the kids. There are two pools with the main pool being completely renovated in 2006. The main pool has a great area for the children to play with a wading pool and water fall. The smaller pool located near the front of the property is heated. There are four lighted tennis courts and shuffle board courts. You can also keep up with your exercise routine in the workout room, which has a beautiful view of the pool and Gulf. The best thing of all there are no streets to cross to get to the beautiful white sand beach, which is just footsteps away!
Our Mainsail condo is located in building two - unit 267. There are four buildings at Mainsail. Buildings one and two are the closest to the beach with the "Best Views".
Our beautiful condo is our "home away from home". For those times we can't be there we enjoy renting it to families who agree to treat it as they would their own home. This condo has recently been totally renovated. Granite kitchen counter tops, large tiles in the entry and kitchen. Beautiful yellow painted walls. As far as decor and furnishings it is rated a PLATINUM rental condo.
The condo has 1208 sq ft. with two bedrooms and two baths. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed with a trundle. This bedroom will sleep four. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It also comes fully furnished with a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, frig with ice maker and microwave. All cooking utensils and linens are provided. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the condo.
So, sit on the balcony,have your morning cup of coffee while listening to the pounding surf and viewing the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 years old. No pets are allowed.
