One of our best vacations ever! Our condo was in perfect condition (except for the air conditioner leak). One quick phone call and our owner had someone there in minutes to fix it! Everyone who helped us out was wonderful and took care of the problem quickly. The area was so family-friendly. We are already planning our trip for next year!!

We would like to thank the owners for letting us stay at their great condo. The property was very nicely decorated, well kept, and clean. We had stayed at the Mainsail once before. Really like the location. Close to just about anything you could want.Would like to thank the owners again , very nice & very helpful. Looking forward to hopefully staying here again.

We had a great time in Destin. We loved this condo. It was in great condition and very well appointed. It fit our family of 5 perfectly. We were very excited to have found a condo/owner that would rent for a partial week. We hope to be back next summer!

We spent three nights in late June 2011. Condo was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Great view from the balcony and nice for the morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach. Tastefully furnished. Open all the cabinets and you'll find everything you need for an enjooyable stay, including books and activities for the kids. Overall very nice, we really enjoyed our stay!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Week before Memorial Day

My family visited the Mainsail a week before Memorial Day. Weather was great, sand was absolutely white, morning and evening long walks were relaxing. We saw half a dozen dolphins twice but my most memorable joy was watching stingrays by the hundreds for 3 days. I have watched many movies and TV shows about stingrays but I have never seen anything like it. At times people were not even aware of them but they passed people by at an amazing speed. Grocery store was at a walking distance and Silver Sand Mall was across the road. Yes, we shopped and the number of stores was huge. We found all the famous brand names with all levels of prices. Restaurants were within a few minutes and we tried different cuisine and even saw a movie. We had a great view from the condo. Facility was great. We had a wonderful time. Thanks.

We had such a great time at your condo! We went to celebrate my sister and her friends graduating high school and they had a wonderful time. We loved that we were steps away from the beach and in such a great location to everything (grocery, outlet mall, restaurants, etc). I would recommend renting your condo to all my friends! We are already wanting to stay there again next year, so thank you again for renting it to us!

We just returned home from Destin on May 29th and I must say this condo was everything it claims to be. There were 6 of us staying and we had plenty of room and the location was more than ideal. We were close enough to all the shops but yet located on a private, secure property. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners were a pleasure to work with and quickly addressed any questions or concerns. We intend to stay at this location for any future trips to Destin. Especially since the beach was literally a few steps away. Very beautiful!!

A few years ago, my condo rental fell through. Someone double booked. To help me out, they referred me to this listing and she just happened to be available. I wasn't sure what exactly to expect since this wasn't my original choice. WOW. We LOVE the condo! Each year about seven women go on our beach trip and there is plenty of room for all of us. Beds are cozy, kitchen is equipped, the living/dining area is a great place to hang out and you can see the beach from the porch. The beach is a 5 minute walk through the parking lot and over sand dune. Grocery stores, the outlet mall, movie theater, souvenir shops and restaurants are extremely close. I speak for my entire family when I say that we feel like this is OUR beach home! Three years, later we continue to say " we're coming back next year"!

Great family environment. Kids love this resort and the access to shopping malls, food and groceries, and scenic route is literally right outside the gate. We did not have to even leave. Beach front is wondeful along with the gas grilles at the pool area. I can not say enough for the good of our stay. I was raised in this area and our stay here has been the best by far compared to all the other condos we have rented. It is just in a great location and all guest were very respectful to each other and all the kids played well in the resort. Thanks for letting us stay.

My wife and I decided to take our first "little" vacation with the "little one" and we could not have picked a better condo for our stay! The condo itself is very well done, with a cheery, but relaxing decor. The view of the beach and the pool are great and access to both is super-easy. The condo itself is very convenient from the Mid-Bay bridge, but located closer to Sandestin, so you're not on the "noisy" side of Destin proper. The best part of the stay was watching the baby, ready to get in the pool, standing at the window and waving to people!!

We had a fabulous week in destin this summer. We always stay in a condo wherever we vacation and I believe this is the best ever. Everything was clean and functioned well. It was decorated beautifully. The pool area was great with plenty of chairs. The beach was gorgeous. The balcony was big enough to enjoy some great views. We can't wait to go back. Thanks Stephanie!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and was very clean. Our kids loved the beach, the pools and the tennis courts. We enjoyed the location and visited the mall accross the street several times! We hope to be back in 2005.

For anyone who would like a very relaxing vacation needs to visit and stay here. Why you ask because you can see and hear the surf. The tranquility of the water is just wonderful. I felt as if this home was my home for the week. It was spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated and just a nice place to relax. I am already planning on a return trip next year.There is a lot to do in Destin but if you want a relaxing and stress free vacation this is the place that will help you acheive that goal. I know it certainly did for me.
