While at your cabin for two, you would hardly even know that you are near Asheville. You can step back to the simpler times in life with one of our real dovetail log cabins nestled in the midst of 14,000 acres of the Pisgah National Forest. Once you step foot into your very own piece of paradise, you will be astonished at the solid wood interior. It also has a real log bed covered with Egyptian Cotton sheets and a beautiful handmade 100% cotton quilt to keep you warm on the cool mountain nights.
Each of the log cabins are equipped with a gas log fireplace, hot tub, gas grill, chairs and table inside and one on your own private covered porch. While you are here you will be able to relax and cuddle up in front of one of the two Satellite TVs or just a good book. You have a special place here. Perfect cabins in a nice setting, close to Asheville and its attractions. We visited both the Aboretum and The Biltmore Estate. Plus the immediate area is nice to walk about, with the picnic grounds and trails through the woods to the stream. Its also not to far from Hendersonville, where we have friends. It was nice having a road to the cabins that my sports car had no trouble navigating. We will be back agian for stay number five!!!!

The Cabin was breath taking, The country decor, the smell of fresh wood & incredible view. We were blown away by this towns beauty. We throughly enjoyed our stay, we will be back.

We spent two nights at Hugs and Kisses cabin in April 2010. It's a very clean and comfortable little cabin, just right for two. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay. There were several cabins together at the top of a gravel drive, but we felt we were all alone. The deck with hot tub looked out into the trees and the valley below. We had the windows open and didn't hear much except birds from the outside. The footon was not the most comfortable couch and I wouldn't want to sleep on it as a bed, which is even more reason this is a two person rental. The hot tub is nice, but you do hear it turn on during the night if the windows are open. If you have a car with low clearance, you might have a little problem getting up the hill. Our Mazda 6 got up, as did a Toyota at one of the other cabins. A sports car might have problems with the large gravels in the drive.
