You will enjoy an unsurpassed view of the Caribbean from the veranda or porch of our condo in paradise. We spend a lot of time here just sipping a cold beverage and watching the people on the beach and the boats going by. You will feel at home in our condo - all the amenities while being comfortable and not pretentious. Beverages may be pre-ordered and stocked for you. A hammock is available for you on our veranda overlooking the ocean.

You have a choice of upstairs unit with veranda or downstairs unit with front porch. Upstairs and downstairs have a pass door that can be unlocked and the units can be rented together, sleeping up to 8 people - 2 queen beds and 2 futon sofa/sleepers.

You will also enjoy our very comfortable deck chairs around our sparkling swimming pool, surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. We also offer a 260' private dock with swim/snorkel area and sunning platform.

The people of Belize speak English and are very friendly, and you can walk into the quaint town of San Pedro in just 4 or 5 minutes where you will find restaurants, beach bars, shops, etc. The cuisine is varied and we will point you to the best choices to get you started, also providing you with discount cards for our favorites.

In this SCUBA diving and snorkeling paradise, the owner also operates a dive shop on the dock where you can rely on excellent service as well as discounts. Along with a plethora of excellent sites for experienced divers, SCUBA instruction is available as well as a "Discover SCUBA" experience for you if you just want to try it. We also provide guided snorkeling trips, fishing, sailing excursions and various day trips - Mayan Ruins/jungle, cave tubing on the mainland, zip lining and the Belize Zoo.
