Our newly constructed, three story, 2,854 sq. ft. single family home, features "Tommy Bahama" tropical motif furniture, bedding and accessories, dramatic 10 foot ceilings, bonus room with pool table, dart board and is located three hundred yards to sandy Oceanside Beach in the North Beach Village of Oceanside. A perfect place to relax!
This is a centrally located base to enjoy Southern California by car or train. You are a minute or two drive from the I-5 and Coast Hwy exit. The weather is wonderful; there is no shortage of activities for you to take advantage of, and the scenery is breathtaking.
Travel south and enjoy LEGOLAND, Wild Animal Park, Del Mar Race Track, La Jolla Playhouse, Sea World, Old Town, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, San Diego Zoo, and the Balboa Park Museums. Drive northeast to the Temecula Valley Wine Country and Pechanga Casino. Travel north and visit Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, South Coast Plaza, Hollywood, and Universal Studios, just to name a few.
Although you're on vacation, bring your laptop to access your e-mail and internet through our high-speed cable modem.

The broad, sandy beaches are within a 5-minute walk from our home. We love walking up and down the beach. Our primary home is 40 miles north of Oceanside so we like coming down to relax.

This was my first time in Cali and I loved it! This house is a dream house. I enjoyed seeing the ocean for the first time. Having my feet touching the sand and the ocean was an experiance that I will never forget. Picking sea shells laughing and enjoying life. Walking down to the pier and seeing everything was delightful. Thank you for letting us stay here and sharing this experience with Krystal & Matt as they join together as one.

I would have to say, Jody, you have made this a wonderful experience. I have got to know you personally through my first experience when I was hospitalized in March and through speaking to you off/on... We were honored Matt and I to be able to not only get married here on the beach but to stay in this dream home. The house alone was everything I expected through pix and MUCH MORE. I know our son loved it. Sometimes he had a hard time finding who he was looking for out of our group, but so did I have trouble finding him... There were five or so in our group who had never seen the ocean so for them it was a lifetime experience they will never forget. Including our four yr old son. He even got to jump the waves. Boy oh boy that was unforgetable... People's expressions were more than enough to make this all worth while. The couch was absolutely cozy...I know that anyone who layed down for a minute...fell asleep fast. The master bed was like floating on a cloud. No kinked necks or sore backs. Thanks for your hospitality.

Well, we are leaving today with many happy memories beginning with your beautiful home. We enjoyed every minute here. With 2 families we certainly had enough space to not be in each other way.
