Our newly constructed, three story, 2,854 sq. ft. single family home, features "Tommy Bahama" tropical motif furniture, bedding and accessories, dramatic 10 foot ceilings, bonus room with pool table, dart board and is located three hundred yards to sandy Oceanside Beach in the North Beach area of Oceanside. A perfect place to relax!
This is a centrally located base to enjoy Southern California by car or train. You are a minute or two drive from the I-5 and Coast Hwy exit. The weather is wonderful; there is no shortage of activities for you to take advantage of, and the scenery is breathtaking.
Travel south and enjoy LEGOLAND, Wild Animal Park, Del Mar Race Track, La Jolla Playhouse, Sea World, Old Town, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, San Diego Zoo, and the Balboa Park Museums. Drive northeast to the Temecula Valley Wine Country and Pechanga Casino. Travel north and visit Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, South Coast Plaza, Hollywood, and Universal Studios, just to name a few.

Oceanside is an up and coming beach town. It has easy access to I-5 and is a centrally located base to enjoy Southern California attractions like LegoLand, Disneyland, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Zoo, and Sea World.

The broad, sandy beaches are within a 5-minute walk from our home. We love walking up and down the beach. Our primary home is 40 miles north of Oceanside so we like coming down to relax.

Vacationing at thid home went far beyond our expectations. The photos and description found on the website, although beautiful, did not do justice to the house. We were incredibly pleased and surprised by all of the amenities and designer touches. We did not want for anything! We stayed very busy during our week's stay. We enjoyed a train ride to San Diego, exploring Sea World, Seaport Village, Balboa Park, and Point Loma (Cabrillo museum, lighthouse, and tidepools). We also spent a lot of time at the beach, of course! We loved coming back to this exquisite villa after each of our excursions. It truly was a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Once a year our family gets together in different locations and for special events. This year it was for Flo's and my 65th wedding aniversery and our grand daughters wedding. The house provided a location close to most family members and a place away from the 40 plus people to relax and have a few visit us. It was one of the best choices we could have made. Four or five at a time enabled us to get personal. We enjoyed the beach walks and the close axcess to stores. The house was perfect, comfortable and clean. Jody is an exceptional hostess and we were grateful for the chance to meet her. If we ever come back to the area we will use the house as our vacation again.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at your lovely home. We had a good time getting together and going over pictures from our childhood and sorting them and reminiscing our childhood memories. Everything was comfortable and boy did you think of every single thing. I even came away with some good ideas for my own home. We never had time to enjoy the bikes but would have loved to do that. There was just never enough time for that. Most of us sisters did enjoy daily walks along the beach so that was enjoyable. The Farmer's Market that we found on Thursday was a great delight as well. We certainly had a good time there and we all went home with good memories for sure. Thank you again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tremont Villa in Oceanside, CA. It had all the comforts of home.... if you live in a million dollar home! All the furnishings and accomodations were first rate: well-stocked kitchen; plush, comfortable beds; great location for the beaches and downtown Oceanside; fire pit on the roof; TV's in every room, and it easily fit our party of 6. This will become a regular stop for us since we love vacationing in southern California.

The house is even better than the pictures and the Owners have thought of everything you will ever need to have your best vacation ever. Great entertainment space, wonderful sleeping set-up and every amenity you could think of for a great Beach Vacation. We're already making plans to return next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation rental. It is exactly as pictured on the internet. It was very comfortable for our family of 13. It was very clean and fully stocked for our stay. It was a wonderful place to return to from whatever we had done that day. We enjoyed using the beach "toys" that were provided for our use. It was a short walk to the beach and the pier. The drive to San Diego and Disneyland were no problem at all. Then it was very nice to come home to such a nice place. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Oceanside. We are trying to plan a time that we can return, soon. Jody had thought of everything and is very nice to work with. You can't go wrong staying here.

Our family vacation was one of the best ever due in part to the owners and the home itself. The layout and location are perfect for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The house has plenty of space for all, also very kid-friendly, even for our 2 year old twins. The house has everything you could possibly imagine- the kitchen is well-equipped and had all the amenities we needed to cook at home, the garage was stocked with bikes, beach chairs and more...perfect for the beach and the neighborhood. The linens, towels, and all the extras were top quality and we never needed anything more! The roof top patio and fire pit were a huge hit and great for summer nights. I would highly recommend this home and owner to anyone out there, you will not be dissapointed!
