The rich, vibrant colors that warm the hillsides of Tuscany have been used throughout this home to recreate a true villa feel. As you cross the threshold, you will immediately be drawn to the captivating view that awaits you through the great room area. The inviting pool with a spa, large lanai, and gorgeous golf course vistas beckon. You will want to sit, relax, drink in the surroundings, enjoy a little vino, warm your soul in the sun, listen to Bocelli but not yet...you still have to unpack. The master suite provides a very comfortable king size bed with high quality linens, golf course views, access to the lanai and pool area, two separate vanities in the master bath, a wonderful tub for relaxation and a separate shower. A 20" LCD t.v. is provided for the bedroom as well. And what about your guests? They will enjoy the sunny guest bedroom with a queen size bed, a large dresser and a television. The guest bath is conveniently located in the same corridor. The den features a queen sleeper sofa and a computer armoire. High speed internet is a bonus! The greatroom with it's tall ceilings, rich gold tone couch and oversized chair, t.v. armoire and large antique pine coffee table makes a very comfortable setting. The sunny breakfast area and the fabulously supplied kitchen would delight any gourmet. Perfect for tossing a simple Italian pasta treat or for preparing a romantic four course meal. A two car garage is a plus as well as the fact this home is on a cul de sac street. Palmira features two new restaurants that are open to the public so you never have to leave the premises. Or,if available, you can transfer the social membership and enjoy the privileges of the Renaissance Center with it's state of the art work out room, lap pool and lagoon style pool and spa facilities for massages, facials, pedicures, day trips, lectures, etc. The benefits with the social membership also extend to use of the incredible clubhouse in Palmira Golf and Country Club which features an award winning chef and his very talented staff.
