We vacation in our villa on a regular basis and keep it in pristine condition as our second home. It's decorated with bright Florida colors and has no steps; patio and sidewalk painted 12/2008; new hot water heater installed 12/2008; new carpet installed July 2008; 50" TV; fully furnished; split bedrooms for adult privacy; double vanity and toilet closet in master bath (will email additional pictures upon request). Retired and quiet couple next door are permanent residents.
Our villa is located on a private cul-de-sac in the Lely Resort Golf and Country Club in a gated community. Lely is conveniently located between Marco Island and Naples at the corner of US 41 and US 951. Lely offers two championship golf courses (Mustang, a Lee Trevino designed course and Flamingo, a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed course); golf and cart fees apply. The clubhouse is about 3 minutes from our villa by car or an easy bicycle ride.
Enjoy full views of the non-recreational lake from the master bedroom and living room through the triple sliding glass doors or relax on the oversized screened lanai with covered sitting area and remote control ceiling fan/light. Feel free to fish in the lake or just relax and watch the ducks, cranes, eagles, egrets, buzzards and other wildlife. The moon reflecting off the lake is a sight to behold!
Dining choices include a breakfast cafe table that seats 2, breakfast bar that seats 3, dining table that seats 4; large oval patio table that seats 4.
Lely Resort is bike friendly so hop on the bikes and ride safely for miles on the property or go for a walk on the endless sidewalks.
Villa is within 5 minutes of an outlet mall, Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fifth Third Bank, K-Mart, McDonald's, Carrabas, ice cream parlor, local and other restaurants; and about 12 minutes from Olde Naples and Marco Island which are famous for unique shops, antiques, art galleries, upscale restaurants, consignment stores, beautiful beaches and much more.

Our villa abuts a non-recreational lake; it is on ground level; in a gated community with a two car garage and a nice size yard. We enjoy watching the wildlife while dining on the oversized lanai.
