We enjoyed our stay at your condo at Splash. We have two small children who loved all of the amenities that Splash has to offer. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable so we were able to rest up for the next day! We will definitely be booking with you again!

We stayed here the last weekend in February and it was great. This condo was decorated so nice it felt like my home away from home.It was very clean and the view from the balcony was like heaven. I would recommend anyone that wants to have a great time and stay in a lovely place to give Darlene a call. She is real nice and will work with anyone on renting her condo. Me and my family will be staying here alot more because this place is great. Thank you Darlene for letting me and my family stay at your condo we greatly appreciate it Thank you again. My family had a wonderful time staying in your condo. It was beautiful and comfortable and most definitely our favorite trip we've taken to the beach (and there have been many)!! It was so easy to run right up to the room and back down when we needed and the beach chair service was such a bonus. We've never wanted to spend the extra money for that. Thank you for including it!!

Our family had a wonderful weekend in this condo! It is decorated beautifully, extremely clean and comfortable for our family of four! The 1st floor is a great location too! The pools are awesome and we love the arcade. Just a short trip to Pier Park, very convenient! Darlene is very easy to work with, explained everything I needed to know before arrival. Like she says, no hidden costs or fees, beach chair rental included... Highly recommend!

Darlene, we enjoyed our stay at your Splash condo. It was just as described - attractively decorated, clean, and with everything we needed to settle right in. It was so nice having the washer and dryer in the condo, too. Our grandson LOVED the Splash waterpark and gameroom! The pools and grounds were immaculate and the beach was clean and beautiful. Our favorite place to eat was the Backporch at Pier Park. Thanks again..we hope to return soon!

We loved the condo. It was great for the kids and adults. The kids really enjoyed the water playgrounds and arcade. We really appreciated the beach chairs being added in. Joel and Darlene, Oh my God!!!!! What a beautiful place you have (Suite 304). My family and I had a wonderful time at Splash during the week of May 6th, 2007. Everything at the condo, the resort and the beach was perfect. The weather was perfect, 85 to 95 degrees all week. The pools and the lazy river were well used. I want to thank both of you for your generosity and your assistance in helping us prepare for our trip, i.e. what to bring, what not to bring, reviewing the directions with me. Both of you are wonderful hosts (even though you are not physically there). I must also say that the place was spotless when we arrived and my wife and I put forth our best efforts to leave it in the same condition, even though the cleaners were coming in. On a side note, we met the neighbours in suite 305 and I want to tell you that you could not have found better people to rent your condo. They told us how beautiful Suite 305 was as well. Once again, my daughters, wife and myself, thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. All the best to you and your family.

We had a great time during our visit to PCB. We stayed in unit 305E and the condo is perfect for a family of four. We enjoyed all the amenities the building had to offer and we appreciated the daily beach chair set-up. We are looking forward to coming back as soon as we can.
