Exterior views of house as enter the property - Oahu Vacation Rental Hidden Diamond Head Paradise is nestled above world famous Waikiki Beach, in a secluded, tropical, tranquil environment directly below Diamond Head’s Le’ahi Peak State Monument (one of the best known volcanic craters in the world). The Paradise is surrounded by breathtaking views of Diamond Head with a tropical forest and numerous species of island birds. Just a few minutes walk takes you to Waikiki Beach, Kapiolani Park, Ala Wai Golf Course, the Honolulu Aquarium, Waikiki Shell Amphitheater, Kapiolani Bandstand, the Honolulu Zoo, Diamond Head, and "Sunset on the Beach" movies and Starbucks. This property was once owned by a famous founding Hawaiian family. The house has a private entrance surrounded by tropical landscaping, trees and flowers. It is well equipped with a gourmet kitchen, slate countertops with gas stove and a complete set of kitchen appliances. Outside lanais have views of tropical trees and flowers, a shaded area idea for BBQ enjoyment or evening romantic dinning setting with tiki torch light around. Morning breakfast at outdoor lanais with hundred of beautiful birds surrounded. Each of the two bedrooms have queen sized beds and individual private decks. One of the decks walk out to the base of Diamond Head and the other walk out to surrounding by many banyan trees. Bathroom shower has a large window panel look out to rocks and keawe trees of Diamond Head and is completely private. The cottage is 10 degrees cooler than daily temperature as it is situated at location surrounded by trees and position welcoming plenty of ocean breeze through.
