Spring Run at the Brooks is a gated golf course community developed by the award winning Bonita Bay Group. This professionally decorated condominium home is a smoke-free and pet-free unit. Our condo is located just 15 minutes from South West Florida International Airport, 5 minutes from the Miromar Outlet Mall and just a few minutes from the new (2006) Coconut Town Center which offers approximately 2 million square feet of specialty and department stores, restaurants, and movie theaters. Naples is a short drive away.
Golfers: For $312 ($212 transfer fee plus a $100 application fee) two adults can enjoy full membership privileges at the Spring Run Golf and Country Club. You pay only for the GPS-equipped golf carts. The club facilities consist of a par 72 championship course with new Tif-Eagle grass on the greens and 5 sets of tees. Your membership also entitles you to use the large practice facility (practice range, large putting green and bunkers), full use of the newly renovated clubhouse (2006) with food and beverage service, fitness room, a pool and spa, which are adjacent to the clubhouse, as well as 3 lighted tennis courts. From May to October you can enjoy reciprocal golf privileges at other area courses. Again, all you pay for is the cart fee.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 2nd floor END unit (SPOONBILL model) has been professionally decorated in the British West Indies theme. The vaulted ceilings and windows on three sides give the feeling of spaciousness that this 2000 square home offers. Large sliding doors lead from the living area to the furnished, south facing, tiled lanai. (210sq. ft.) A second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath. All bedrooms have TVs with cable connections. The living room has an entertainment unit with surround sound TV/DVD. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen (upgraded appliances) and the lanai overlook the 15th fairway and a lake.
Amenities: The home is air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout, including the lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven). Hi-speed, wireless internet, full linens, washer and dryer are also provided. A large heated pool and spa and gas grill are just across the street. The attached garage has an automatic opener.
