  The outside of this place is very nice, the hot tub/pool are great and the sitting area with the bbq/table never get direct sun so you can hang outside without being in direct sun if you want. Unfortunately the inside of the house during our stay had a nasty ant problem. The kitchen was disgusting, you left any crumb of food on the counter and 2 or 3 hrs later the counter was covered in ants. This is a fixable problem but we had two young kids so they couldn't spray and thus we just had to deal with it. Without the ant problem I would have given it a GOOD rating. Hope this problem gets sorted out, changing the dark brown long shag carpet might help too!

  I would not recommend this property to anyone! The property discription said it had flat screen T.V's, luxery linens and etc. Just what we wanted. We arrived to find there was one flat screen T.V. but it did not work. One of the old T.V.'s in the bedroom only got limited channels to view. There was not a T.V. in the living room. The house was dirty. The linens were in very shabby condition. Some sheets and towels with holes. The carpets were not even properly vacuumed. Dining room rug very dirty. The outside furniture was dirty and worn. The BBQ was very dirty and did not work. We even found old used rubber gloves in the back yard! There was a pile of trash next to the house, broken chairs, cooler and etc. Half the time the hot tub did not work. It would just turn off. All in all this house was not what it was advertised to be. We called the owner and ask them to have the T.V.'s fixed and that never happened. The owner did offer to send a cleaning person over, but it would take days of cleaning to bring the house up to an accepable condition. The walls were dirty and some even had holes in them. The one nice thing about this house were the lemon trees!

  Great place, in residential area, but private enough. Everything was in working order and owner is very nice and local help responsive. We enjoyed our stay at this property a lot!

  Great spot! quiet, private, and safe. hot tub wasn't working but other wise, a great spot for friends and family to gather. I spent the weekend with 5 other friends and we had a delightful time!
