Peaceful, see the sun and moon rise. Listen to the loons. Golf close by. Excellent fishing and boating.
No dock, we beach our boats in the sand. Boat launch 1/4 mile away. Laundry 1/4 mile away.
Monthly rental only
Two houses on the property, $2,000.00 for each, per month. Plus cleaning/damage deposit of $100.00.
Enjoy a smoke free property, inside and out.
No Smoking inside or out.
Smokers will be asked to leave without refund.
