Come visit paradise in our 17th floor condominium with panoramic views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The Navona is located in The Colony Gulf and Bay Club which is a private, gated community just north of Naples. A water shuttle will transport you to a 34-acre island beach park. Features include beach service, with chaise lounges and towel service, a picnic pavilion with serving kitchen and a bathhouse. Complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, paddles and life jackets are available as well as the launch facility on beautiful Spring Creek.
The units private elevator will take you away to your getaway. The condominium is beautifully furnished with a king-sized master bedroom with two walk-in closets. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the Lanai. The master bath has a marble shower and jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private bath. The third bedroom has two twin bedroom with access to a bathroom/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances.
There is a resort style pool and spa. There is also a private theater room and state-of-the-art fitness center on-site.
