Welcome to our luxury pool home in the quiet area of Bridgewater at Town Center. Florida’s warm climate, year-round sunshine and world famous theme parks make it the perfect holiday destination for all ages.

Our spacious, privately-owned villa can be your base for an unforgettable holiday in the sun. The villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas which can accommodate up to 10 in comfort. How better to relax after a busy day in the parks than in our lovely villa with large deck and pool, enjoying an uninterrupted lake view? We even have a luxurious 5-man hot-tub on the deck!

Ever booked a villa through a tour operator, only to be disappointed that your villa was not private and did not enjoy a lake view like the picture in the brochure? With our villa you are guaranteed spectacular, uninterrupted views over the beautiful Town Center Lake.

All the attractions of Central Florida are within easy reach - Disney World is just 10 minutes away, while the Universal Theme Parks, Sea World and International Drive are 25 minutes away. There is a large Publix Supermarket, a 24-hour McDonalds, a pizzeria and a Walmart Pharmacy two miles away and Highway 192 is just an eight-minute drive, offering hundreds of shops and family restaurants.

There are dozens of golf courses within easy reach, including the beautiful championship courses of Champions Gate (designed by Greg Norman) and Reunion (designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus) just two minutes away. These are located on the scenic route to Disney through the Old Lake Wilson Preserve on Highway 545.

The villa is spacious, light and luxurious. The main walkways throughout the villa are tiled for practicality while both living areas and bedrooms are carpeted for comfort. Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of space and light throughout the villa and the high ledges with subtle, ornate features add character.

The pool is one of the most important factors to consider when choosing a villa. When we visited Florida in August 2006 we viewed 14 villas and this one was the last. When our children saw the pool and deck they all shouted "WOW!", which sums it up!

The heated, screened pool is much bigger than standard and the large deck area provides plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The fine mesh surrounding the pool keeps the sun in and the bugs out! Our deck offers the best of both worlds. If you are a sun-worshipper, loungers are provided to bathe in the Florida sunshine all day long (remember the sun protection cream!)

On the other hand, if you want to enjoy the heat without being in direct sunlight during the hottest part of the day, the covered lanai offers shade to enjoy a cool drink and Alfresco dining. Part of the shallow end of the pool is also in the shade during this time so you do not have to worry constantly about the children being over-exposed to the sun.

If you are feeling energetic, the pool is shaped like a rectangle to allow you to swim lengths or even enjoy a family game of volleyball! At night the pool is illuminated for that romantic touch and you can enjoy a quiet midnight swim after a long day in the parks. With children, safety in and around the pool is the first priority. Both entrances onto the deck area are alarmed and a secure safety fence with gate is provided for your peace of mind. A table and chairs, pool toys, towels and sun-loungers are provided.

  • We have just come back from your wonderful villa. It was home from home+ The Pool and hot tub were great after a long day in the parks. The villa had everything we needed and was only a short drive from Disney and the main freeway. We would certainly recommend the villa to any of our friends and family that may want to visit Florida on their holiday of dreams. Thank you Rhidian for all the great communication except Cracker Barrel (They don’t sell alcohol!!) thanks for letting us use your villa I am sure we will be back soon

  • We've just come back to Wales after spending 19 days at this villa and had a fantastic time. The villa was clean, well maintained and perfect for a family holiday. The dining area, kitchen and utility areas had every modern facility we required making our holiday comfortable and relaxing. The master bedroom and ensuite were enormous and all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The security surrounding the pool area was very important to us and we could relax with young children (7 and 4) knowing the alarm and surrounding fence prevented the children from entering there by themselves. It was also a delight to chill out in the pool area with the hot tub and pool side furniture. The area was quiet and easily accesible to the parks. We would advise anyone to visit this villa. Thanks Rhidian and Nicola for a lovely time.

  • 10 - 24 APRIL 2009 Dear Rhidian & Nicola, Just had to write and let you know what a wonderful time we all had staying in your villa. The layout of the villa is great, especially the family room/kitchen leading out to the pool. The games room and playstation were a big hit on 'Tornado Day' and the pool and hot tub were very welcome after our long days in the parks. The view from the pool is outstanding, the area is so quiet and relaxing, and we loved watching the birds and gekkos from the pool. Sadly we didn't see alligators in the lake but a (well recommended) trip to Boggy Creek soon sorted that out! Needless to say, we are already discussing our next trip to Florida and your villa, which will hopefully be sooner rather than later! Thanks for everything, Paul, Ann, Rhidian & Bethan Boland

  • We just got home from the house about 2 weeks ago. It was absolutely amazing. Everything about the house was amazing but we just loved the fact that it was so kid friendly. One of our main reasons for not staying in a hotel was when the kids went to bed at 8:00, we would have nothing to do, not the case at the house. It was beautiful, comfortable, kid friendly, adult friendly (we just loved the games room), conveniently located to all the parks, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. When the kids went to bed, we turned the baby monitor on, and played in the games room, swam in the pool or soaked in the hot tub. We were already planning our next trip back before we even left! Thank you again to Rhidian and Nicola. You were so helpful and informative and pleasant to deal with. Your management company was very nice and prompt. We can't wait to come back!

  • Just came back from a 10 day stay in your villa and it was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much we took 2 days to just laze around. Disney is close by, stores as well as golf nearby. Overall could not ask for better value.

  • JUST ARRIVED BACK FROM THREE WEEKS IN YOUR LOVELY VILLA. THE WHOLE FAMILY ENJOYED THE FABULOUS HOT TUB/POOL AND GAMES ROOM JUST WHAT YOU NEED AFTER A LONG DAY IN THE PARKS.WE ACTUALLY SAW SOME ALLIGATORS IN THE LAKE AND THE KIDS GOT TO FEED A FAMILY OF CRANES WHICH COME ROUND THE ESTATE EVERY DAY.THIS IS THE SIXTH TIME WE HAVE BEEN TO ORLANDO AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST VILLA WE HAVE STAYED IN WE WILL DEFINATLEY BE STAYING THERE AGAIN SOON THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO THE VILLA WAS WE HAD TO COME HOME THANK RHIDIAN & NICOLA FROM THE WHITE FAMILY

  • We had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic villa from October 8th to October 15th. The house was really great from the overall spacious layout and accomodations to the great pool (which illuminated different colors at night) to the hot tub and game room which were a sure treat and big hit with everyone after a long day out. The location of this villa is really great it is in a nice peaceful development but a very short distance to nearby attractions. The dining room was nice and big enough for us all to sit and eat together. We really enjoyed staying at this home and would without any hesiation recommend it to all of our family and friends. No one wanted to leave!!!! We look forward to returning to this outstanding villa on our next trip to Florida. Also a very special thanks to Rhidian and Nicola who were always beyond pleasant and answered every and any question and went out of there way to accomodate us.

  • My family stayed at this villa in July 2008 for two weeks and I have to say we were totally impressed with the house, the pool, the location. In fact, everything! My two teenagers loved their rooms, the games room and the pool area. As we also had our 15 month old toddler with us I was initially concerned about safety, but my fears were allayed immediately. The villa is on one floor only so no dangerous stairs to worry about, and even the pool area had a safety gate around the pool so that if someone had accidentally left the patio doors open briefly, there was an additional safety 'net' to stop him from getting too near to the pool. The location is brilliant too. Quite secluded with a lovely outlook. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa on our next visit and to recommend this to our friends & family. The Griffiths family were superb too, not seeming to mind how many questions I asked them beforehand via email, including giving us their helpful & friendly advice.
