As a local realtor in Park City, when we saw the opportunity to purchase this resale, we seized the day. The Caledonian is a well built building with great, spacious floor plans, and an unbeatable location. There are some limited options in lodging that are newer than the Caledonian, but in Park City you will never see a better location.

In Park City, the location does not get any better than The Caledonian for both winter and summer time activities. It is so relaxing when you do not have to use a car while you are on vacation. We love the hiking and biking that we can access from our door, as well as the amazing restaurants.
