Our Las Brisas three bedroom/two bath condominium rental is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. It is easy to get to from area airports and is 30 minutes from Tampa International with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south.
It is a short hike to St. John's Pass, a popular destination with many restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, waverunner rentals, and an old fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops.
The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.
Las Brisas is a modern, five-story, 40-unit condominium with under-building private parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut lounge areas with outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach. For larger family gatherings, we have access to several units in this building.

Owner's Map of Las Brisas
My wife and I and our three kids are some of the few owners of rental property in the area that are also local residents. We live in Tampa and take care of and use the unit ourselves so you can be sure that it is always in great shape. The kids are 5,4 and 1 and would love to use the condo every weekend. It is a great place to take the kids and relax with beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets.

My wife and I took our two kids (5&3) and had a wonderful time at this condo! The property is well maintained and well stocked with all the items a vacationer needs...especially beach toys, chairs etc. The condo had wifi and a great TV setup in each room. I highly recommend!

This condo is great, we hope to bring our family back some day. Everything you need from the kitchen stocked with cooking supplies to the beach towles you need for the pool or beach. This condo perfect for families or friends. We loved being on the beach to see the magnificent sunsets and watch the dolphins.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach with magnificent views of the water. The unit was clean and comfortable with a recently upgraded interior. The owner of the unit was very accommodating and a pleasure deal with prior, during, and after our stay. We have 3 children (8, 6, and 2) and the unit was comfortable for our entire family. We have already booked this unit for the same week next year. I highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The place is beautiful!!! Wood floors in the bedrooms, stainless steel in the kitchen beautiful glass top table in the the dining area we loved it. We stayed with our three kids and there is plenty of room. The master suite is well appointed and we loved the flat screen TV's in the bedrooms. My husband loved the large HD flat screen in the living room. The owners were very responsive and you can tell they take care of the place themselves. Anything we needed was handled. It's not the Ritz Carlton but for my money this place is a much better value. We already booked it again for next year!!!!
