    This was our first visit to this Condo and it was perfect! We particularly enjoyed the Dolfins we could see from the Balcony. The owner was very helpful and the Condo was very clean. We will definately consider renting again

    Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

    Few minor problems that were taken care of quickly. The view and furniture on the balcony was terrific. All the furniture and the kitchen is top grade. Walk across the street to 2 excellent restaurants. Location allow for easy access to the area and beyond. Would use again in a heartbeat!

    What a great way for our family to spend the Holidays in Florida. Looking out directly from our balcony at the Gulf of Mexico and watching the dolphins, wind surfers and sunsets were certainly a highlight for a family from Iowa. The condo is well kept and the owners were very helpful and considerate throughout the rental process and our entire stay. We traveled to Busch Gardens, Disney World and Clearwater Beach during our time stay and found getting around the area and eating at some area restaurants a wonderful experience, too. Encourage others to enjoy a stay at Las Brisas, Madeira Beach!

    There is only one "complaint", the beds were uncomfortable, but not so horrendous that it ruined our stay. Everything else was fabulous! The beach was clean. The condo was clean. The condo had everything we needed, from beach toys and towels, to a full kitchen. It had games and books. But, the best part was the location. Right across the street, there were two fabulous restaurants with excellent food and atmosphere - Dockside Daves and Screwie Lewies. It was also close to a plethora of other fantastic restaurants. It was also close to the grocery store. The location also seemed perfect for dolphins that we saw swimming near shore everyday, multiple times per day. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wanted to go to the Clearwater/St. Petersburg/Tampa area.

    My family and I stayed in unit 302 for 1 week in August and we felt so at home that we didn't want to leave! The condo has been recently updated and is equipped with everything you can think of, and more. The location is great and the views are spectacular, we even got to see dolphins from our balcony on quite a few occasions! The owner is super cool and great to deal with; Chris made sure we had everything we needed and the booking process was seamless. We will be back!

    We enjoyed our recent stay in this unit. The unit is quite spacious; the pictures do not do it justice. It was completely re-done! The unit was well equipped with everything you need. The views were great; we saw a dolphin pass by nearly every morning! Las Brisas is quite close to many amenities! The owner was very professional and dealt with any issues immediately! The air conditioner unit broke down on the Saturday that we arrived and a new one was installed by the Monday!!!

    Beautiful place !!Enjoyed our time at the Gulf seeing dolphins every morning and evening. Walking out to the sand bar to snorkel and see fish, sand dollars and amazing shells!! Amazing 4th of July fireworks!! The owner was very helpful and I would recomend renting this property. The owner kept in touch with us since we where dealing with tropical stoRm DEBBIE . The property was clean and well maintained. Johns pass was a fun place to go and shop and eat!!

    My family stayed here in June. The condo was in great condition and the pictures are very accurate. Everything in the condo was in good working order. The condo owner is very nice and provided easy written instructions for Wi-Fi, TVs, etc. He was also responsive to my requests for information. As the pictures reflect, you are oceanfront and can look up and down the beach. It is a good walking beach. You can also go far out into the ocean before it becomes deep. We regularly saw dolphins. The condo units appear to be well constructed because we could not hear our neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

    The condo was very nice! Great view, loved waking up to it! We could have used the child high chair but could not find it, glad we brought his rocking chair from home. Loved watching all the dolphins and a wedding on the beach! Great place to stay.

    We spent a week at this condo and could not ask for anything more. The property is exactly as described and shown in the photographs and the owner makes sure everything is kept in good working condition. The newer hardwood floors and kitchen appliance upgrades were a plus and everything we needed (except for suntan lotion) was provided. The view from the balcony is wonderful and it is a great place to relax during the heat of the day. Many great resturants are located nearby as well as grocery stores if you want to cook in. Highly recommended for a relaxing visit to the beach!

    As I am sitting on the balcony of this very condo on the last day of our two week vacation, I must say overall this place is perfect. The view is amazing. We've slept with no air conditioning and the windows open every night, falling asleep to the sound of the surf. We've had coffee in the morning on the balcony while watching the dolphins play. This condo has everything you will need - two great parking spaces, and a "cheater" third behind one spot because it's on the end. Washer and dryer, towels, beach toys, and a great little bar across the street. There are always little things that could use improvement in any place, the only one worth mentioning here would be more comfortable balcony furniture. The pictures in this ad are not really what the condo looks like inside - it has the right number of beds, but the condo has actually been redone and is really beautiful, including stainless steel and granite countertops in the kitchen, and cabinets removed to maximize the view even from there. Another great feature we loved was not having to mess with a key, it's a keypad entry into the unit so you don't have to worry about passing a key around. It's a really great condo, we would return right away if we could!!!

    My 3 sisters and I go to Madiera Beach (Clearwater) every Feb to get away from the cold Nebraska weather. We always rent at this Las Brisas condos. This year we rented #10706 and loved it! Very nice set-up, plenty of beds, and beautiful big screen t.v.'s in every room...the living room was a 50" t.v. with cable and dvr, which we loved because we could record shows that we wanted to vies later. The shopping is great with an huge outlet shopping mall; plus, 2 or 3 blocks from out condo were several streets of shopping stores, boutiques, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone. You are right on the beach and you have a heated swimming pool (that is for that building only!) So, very quiet and we had such beautiful weather, the week went by way too fast. The restaurants are great, and you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in....A great place to go to relax!!!!

    My wife, daughter and I had an incredible time staying here. We have stayed in the area before but this time we thoroughly enjoyed it. The view from the balcony was perfect. Every morning with our cup of coffee we would watch the Dolphins and Pelicans right infront of us. The condo is in great shape. The owners obviously take pride in providing a clean comfortable place for others to stay. There is plenty of room here. The kitchen is full sized with fullsize appliances and plenty of pots, pans, plates etc. The bathrooms are very spacious and were spotless. The bedrooms had plenty of space and they all have a flat screen TV with cable. The Family room is very big with a big screen TV and a view that is too die for. The outdoor areas are cleaned every day and the pool was nice and HEATED. This is the first place we will consider when we return. Thank you for providing a place that exceeded the description.

    My wife and I took our two kids (5&3) and had a wonderful time at this condo! The property is well maintained and well stocked with all the items a vacationer needs...especially beach toys, chairs etc. The condo had wifi and a great TV setup in each room. I highly recommend!

    This condo is great, we hope to bring our family back some day. Everything you need from the kitchen stocked with cooking supplies to the beach towles you need for the pool or beach. This condo perfect for families or friends. We loved being on the beach to see the magnificent sunsets and watch the dolphins.

    This is an absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach with magnificent views of the water. The unit was clean and comfortable with a recently upgraded interior. The owner of the unit was very accommodating and a pleasure deal with prior, during, and after our stay. We have 3 children (8, 6, and 2) and the unit was comfortable for our entire family. We have already booked this unit for the same week next year. I highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed.

    The place is beautiful!!! Wood floors in the bedrooms, stainless steel in the kitchen beautiful glass top table in the the dining area we loved it. We stayed with our three kids and there is plenty of room. The master suite is well appointed and we loved the flat screen TV's in the bedrooms. My husband loved the large HD flat screen in the living room. The owners were very responsive and you can tell they take care of the place themselves. Anything we needed was handled. It's not the Ritz Carlton but for my money this place is a much better value. We already booked it again for next year!!!!
