First-floor end unit, the Colonade is the largest of the Terrace units, 1500 square feet. The condominium is newly furnished and the lanai overlooks the 38-acre lake on the 18th fairway of the Royal Course. The aqua driving range is walking distance from the condominium as well as the clubhouse. Our unit has plenty of light and a great view of the lake and the clubhouse. This unit is desirable because it is very close to one of the propriety's eight pools that you have access to.
All amenities are available in the community. There is a large clubhouse with a restaurant offering formal and informal dinners and lunches, a pro shop, media room, and fitness center. The pools are heated and the one at the clubhouse also has a spa. There are eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts also available.
Available to renters is the optional $250 transfer fee for membership to the country club and golf course. This fee gives special rates for golfers and their guests.
