First-floor end unit, the Colonade is the largest of the Terrace units, 1500 square feet. The condominium is newly furnished and the lanai overlooks the 38-acre lake on the 18th fairway of the Royal Course. The aqua driving range is walking distance from the condominium as well as the clubhouse. Our unit has plenty of light and a great view of the lake and the clubhouse. This unit is desirable because it is very close to one of the propriety's eight pools that you have access to.
The condo has first floor storage for convenient storage of golf clubs. Available for our guests are pool toys, beach chairs and coolers.
All amenities are available in the community. There is a large clubhouse with a great restaurant offering formal and informal dinners and lunches, a pro shop, media room, and fitness center. The pools are heated with hot tubs at the lodge pool and the clubhouse There are eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts also available.
Available to renters is the optional $250 transfer fee for membership to the country club and golf course. This fee gives special rates for golfers and their guests.

About the owner: We're from the Chicago area and enjoy sports, golf, the beach, seafood, and good books. Still working but get down to our unit as often as possible.
Why the Owner Chose Heritage Palms:
Heritage Palms has two unique golf courses, a beautiful club house with excellent food, and the Tiki bar at the Lodge, is a great place to be at on Friday nights. The beaches are one half hour away. Sightseeing in Naples is fun, and the Everglades are nearby. Fort Myers Beach offers great places to relax , rent a boat for fishing and sightseeing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Many things are close at hand. The airport is 20 minutes away. It’s a five minute walk to the club house, driving range, putting green, and tennis courts. Six Mile Cypress Slough (nature walk) is just down the road. Minnesota Twins spring training facility is three miles away. All denominations of churches are also close by. Our neighborhood pool is just across the parking lot from our front door.
