Beautiful, large, mountain home that is perfect for single or multi-family getaways. Located on three-plus acres of wooded privacy a mile off Highway 40 between Winter Park and Granby. You will be close to all that Grand County has to offer.
The main level offers functionality and beauty - a large great room with breathtaking views and plenty of sun, a dining room that seats eight comfortably plus two at the kitchen bar, a fully-equipped and recently updated kitchen, as well the kids' room with two twin/full-size bunk beds, DVD player and Nintendo games.
On the upper level is three over-sized bedrooms and a loft. The master offers a private deck, bathroom, and king-size bed. Bedroom Two has a queen and Bedroom Three two twins (that can be pushed together to make a king) and share a full bathroom. The loft has plenty of room for board games, as well as an incredibly comfortable futon for an additional sleeping area.
The lower level, you will find the big screen, stereo, foosball and game room and bar, as well as your own private hot tub to enjoy a relaxing soak under the Colorado star-filled sky.
Looking to enjoy some of Colorado's best winter sports? There is downhill skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Sol Vista - all within 20 minutes. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, and ice skating are all available at 5000-acre YMCA of the Rockies, just two miles away. You and the kids can even enjoy some sledding, right outside the front door.
Have other reasons to be in the mountains? Then tee it up at any of the three golf courses within ten minutes of the house. You can also enjoy the many other activities close by, including gold-medal fishing on the Colorado River, Rocky Mountain National Park wildlife, and other sightseeing, or just curl up with a good book and watch the deer from the living room or deck.

My family of four just spent a week at this Beautiful home the pictures do not do it justice. Kids loved the video games and the big screen tv downstairs. We loved the well equiped spacious kitchen. The King Bed in master bedroom was so comfortable. The location was fabulous, a mile off the highway where you feel secluded but close enought to grocery store and many attractions. This house exceeded our expectations! The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had an amazing time, your home was so comfortable and cozy and convenient to so many outdoor activities. Very nicely decorated and perfectly laid out for our group. We loved the separate lower level with foos ball table and hot tub - killer views of the sunset from there (and from every room). We loved the sledding hill outside although it took a while in the deep snow to actually get moving - that's a great problem to have! Great space for families to eat together, play games together and still have space if you need it. Thank you so much for opening your home!

Dear Haydens- Thank you so much for a wonderful week in your beautiful home. The 9 of us all had a great time and truly could have never left the house and still had an unforgettable week! In fact, we skipped skiing and "played" one day- and in our 30 year ski history that has NEVER happened.
