This is a fully furnished home located on the Manatee Pocket. Direct ocean access is just 15 minutes of "no wake" zone. You can put your trailered boat in at Sand Sprit Park and park your trailer at the house. The dock will accommodate up to a 28 foot boat. Note that there is a fixed bridge with a 7.5 foot clearance at High tide. Kids and Grandkids as well as adults, will love the private Boat/fishing dock. There is alway a lot of wildlife activity in and on the water just a few steps from the house.
There are three bedrooms: Master with sitting area, shower, jacuzzi and patio doors opening to the Lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed and privately attached to the cabana bath which also has a patio door opening to the Lanai. The third bedroom has (two) twin beds and is adjacent to a third full bath. There are fans throughout the home as well as central heat/air-conditioning.
The home is decorated in a Jungle motif and is very comfortable for lounging and entertaining. There is a Dining room that seats six, a living room that seats nine and seating in the Lanai for 11.
Stuart is known as the 'Sailfish Capital of the world' and has many things to offer in the way of activities. If you do not have a boat, you can rent one for the day or week locally, or rent a Private Charter for the day, or even a party boat for the half or full day. The intercoastal offers many state parks that give direct ocean access and free dockage for the day.
Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive and there are Five to choose from. There are several public golf courses as well as many local beaches for long walks, shelling, swimming, sunning, picnicing, Surfing, Windsurfing as well as kite boarding. We are halfway between Miami and Orlando (less than two hours in each direction). The Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in West Palm, is a 35 minutes ride south of here.
NOTE: The owner is a licensed Real Estate Sales Person. There is a Cleaning Service Charge per week of rental. There is also a 10.5% "Bed" or "Resort" tax charged by the County and State, that we must collect on their behalf.
