Highly upgraded two bedroom, one bath condo(s) at the Royal Aloha, 1909 Ala Wai Blvd in Waikiki. This high floor unit is a short stroll to the beach, cafes, and shops along the boardwalk. Centrally located at the gateway to Waikiki, just a short walk to the to the beach, the Kalakaua Boardwalk, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention Center, a great supermarket and the Food Pantry, local massage spas, and all the shopping venues. A beautiful part of Waikiki beach via Fort DeRussy Park is a block and a half away.

After a day at the beach, relax on your lanai and enjoy the breezy tradewinds and the calming views of the Ala Wai Canal, the cityscape and the mountain range from your lanai.

Our condos are upgraded throughout, featuring contemporary tropical appointments. Completely outfitted with high quality linens, cookware and also beach supplies. It has new tile flooring, laminate wood flooring, berber carpets, and a fully-stocked kitchen including rice cooker, cookware, coffee maker, blender. Wifi internet access available (pls. inquire). Central A/C, though you may not need it w/ the nice tradewind breeze.

Nice floor plan and good separation between bedrooms for added privacy. The master suite has sliding panels which open up for added spaciousness, and has a queen sized bed with high thread count linens. The second bedroom has one full sized, and one twin bed (or two twin beds).

Parking: Secured parking available next door at the Hawaiian Monarch for $12/day w/ 24 hr. in/out privileges, or at the Waikiki Landmark, Ft. DeRussy, etc. Monthly rates also available. Street parking also available. We will also help out with your parking expense, feel free to inquire.

Peak Holiday:  $180/night, minimum one week stay.

There is a $95 cleaning fee and a refundable $100 security deposit.
We accept Paypal (pls. add 3.9% surcharge), money orders, cashiers checks.
Deposit: 30% required to reserve, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
