This resort is located directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit is located on the 11th floor with breath-taking views of the gulf and gorgeous sunsets.
Amenities include two 4200 sq ft lagoon pools,a 4700 sq ft fitness center with roman spa and health bar, poolside tiki bar, video game room, 5000 sq ft conference center, on-site movie/media center and restaurant There is a covered walkway from the parking garage to all units.
Our condo is one of the few 2 bedroom units that have a KING SIZE BED in both bedrooms..A BIG PLUS! In addition we have built-in twin bunks and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your cooking and dining needs. Dining table seats 6 comfortably plus 3 barstools for additional seating. Balcony has dining table/chairs plus 2 lounges.

Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort
We felt that Tidewater was in one of the best locations in Panama City Beach. It is a short walk to Pier Park and other attractions.We also were very impressed with all the amenities that it has to offer...indoor pool, movie theater, large workout room with spa, game room and outside tiki bar to name a few.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We picked the 11th floor because it is not too high up and still has a gorgeous view of the gulf. We especially enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets from our balcony.

We came for my daughter to play softball with her team in the World Series. This condo is a MUST - only 5 minutes from Frank Brown Park (you can see the lights from the condo). It is not in the middle of the congested traffic.This particular unit is very clean, well decorated, and well furnished. From our balcony one morning we saw a school of sting ray! The beach is RIGHT off the walkway (no lugging our stuff through loads of sand) and is not very crowded. The first day we checked in, the elevators were congested, but that was because so many people were checking in for the tournament. Security people are everywhere and are very friendly. We went with a team of softball girls and held a scavenger hunt for them through the entire place. Not once did the Security people tell them to calm down -- in fact they participated! We felt very safe and were treated wonderfully by the entire Tidewater family. We will definitely be staying here again - hopefully in the same unit!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
