Beautiful Lodging Three Blocks to the Plaza!
This lovely town home is a very nice alternative to small and expensive Santa Fe hotel rooms. Everything is of high quality and decorated with local art, ensuring a pleasant stay in a perfect location.
Pueblo-style architecture, viga log ceilings, real plaster walls, slate tile floors, kiva fireplaces and original New Mexican art ensure a true 'Santa Fe' experience!
Enjoy all of the amenities you'd hope for in a high end lodging: Luxury baths, full kitchen with all utensils and appliances, internet connection, high thread count sheets, washer/dryer, A/C, radiant heat, private patio and more.
Walk around the corner and be at the Plaza without having to worry about parking with your two underground, secured spaces. Absolutely the best location in town for the new Convention Center, too; it's right across the street!
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with great separation of space. The master bedroom has it's own fireplace, jetted tub and private deck. Each of the two guest rooms also have their own baths. The third, main floor bedroom/office is the smallest and doesn't have a window but has access to the living areas and it's own bath with shower.
Relax on the patio (with outdoor gas fireplace) or on the upstairs deck.
Entertain and prepare meals in the fully stocked, large kitchen with sitting area and built-in computer desk.
Stroll to museums, restaurants, shopping and galleries and then head back to the peace of your own 'home' in Santa Fe.
A stay here is like having the best 'Luxury Suite' in any of the hotels within walking distance to the Plaza but with much more space and privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Santa Fe and the condo was ideally situated to everything we wanted to do -- both in walking and in driving. The accommodation and amenities of the place were outstanding. It was a little odd to have to leave the condo so that it could be viewed by perspective buyers however. The first time was no big deal since we had already made plans and it was later in the afternoon. The second time -- around lunch time -- was inconvenient since we had to rearrange our schedules to accommodate. I understood, once we arrived, that the unit is on the market and that the renter is in the business to sell it. If you are looking for an uninterrupted, relaxing, no hassle vacation rental I am unable to endorse or recommend this service due to this issue. Other than that the condo was delightful. I did receive my $600 deposit back in a timely fashion –- without any mention of the inconvenience however.Owner response: Very sorry about the showings! My agent did ask for permission in advance and was told it was OK by the renters. However we never would allow for this normally and it was a mistake on our part so sorry about in inconvenience.

We rented this condo for a girls weekend with my college friends and just loved it. It was exactly as it was described on the website and was so beautifully decorated. It was within walking distance of all the museums and great restaurants. We all agreed that we could not have stayed in a nicer place and would rent it again in a heart beat. The pages that the owner provided stating his favorite things were very helpful as were the people in the main lobby, who provided us with maps and easy directions. The only complaint we had was the inconsistent WIFI connection. Some time it worked and sometime it did not. It was a little frustrating to my friends who were trying to stay in touch with their family. We did call Jill, the local contact and she was very helpful. She contacted comcast to come out and fix the problem and sat in the condo while the workman was there while we were gone. This solved the problem briefly, but unfortunately it did not last. For some reason the signal is weak in this area. Inspire of this, we all loved this condo and had a great time. I would recommend it to anyone. The condo has a large master bedroom with a huge bathroom, another bedroom upstairs with a bath and a bedroom downstairs with a full bath. The kitchen is big and a nice eating area in the kitchen and a full dining room.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks for the review Mary and I'm so glad you had a good time! And thanks for your patience with the wifi; turns out there was a hardware problem so it's now been repaired and is working fine. Wish we could've figured it out sooner for you!

My family of 5 returned to this luxurious condo for Spring Break again this year. We love to ski during the day and then return to the underground parking and beautiful condo to relax in the evening. It is so nice to be able to walk to the square for dinner. The condo has plenty of space and a gourmet kitchen if you want to cook. We would highly recommend! Chip and has local manager are very easy to work with!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Jann and I appreciate you coming back again! And hope to hear from you in the future if you come back to Santa Fe!

We have been regular visitors to Santa Fe for over 20 years. This has been the best rental we have ever experienced. The three bedrooms were ample room for the three couples in our group. Great kitchen and living area. Close to the Plaza and restaurants. We will defiantly be renting this Condo again.Owner response: Thanks a ton Mark; hope to see you again.

The condo was as beautiful as the photos, and better than we even expected for its location and convenience. We were there during Santa Fe Fiesta and were so happy for the underground parking, since there was NO parking anywhere around town during the event. We walked almost everywhere easily. Loved the welcoming wine/treats and the outdoor patio with fireplace! I just wish I had stayed long enough to cook in that fabulous kitchen.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Mickey and glad you had a great time!

We stayed at this property for the second time last week. It is in a great location. We were only in town for a few nights so once we initallly parked our car in the garage we walked everywhere we had time to visit in our short stay and we never had to take the car out of the garage until it was time for us to head home. The unit is comfortable, well maintained and well equiped. Overall this is a great unit in a great location.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

An excellent townhouse/condominium for two to six people. The property is only 5 or 6 years old and has been maintained at the highest level. The decorating is tasteful and in keeping with the southwest character of the city. The location is excellent for walking to all downtown sites and restaurants and is convenient for car travel to the Santa Fe Opera and public parks outside the city. The photos were accurate and the owner and his on-site manager were very helpful. Also, the townhouse, while located in the city, was very quiet.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Glad to hear the nice words Thomas, thank you!

We stayed here for a girl's trip to Santa Fe. Would be great for 3 couples as well. The condo is perfectly situated for walking to the Plaza, and the museums, shops restaurants, churches. Location matters in Santa Fe, as parking can be challenging otherwise. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully appointed with personality and Santa Fe charm, and was extremely comfortable, with everything we needed and more. The smaller bedroom is the one I used, and while, as stated in the description, it didn't have it's own window, the adjoining bathroom had a window which gave more natural light than I expected. A welcoming bottle of wine elicited squeals from my little group. The owner was extremely helpful, answering all my questions promptly and accurately. I will definitely stay here again on a future visit to Santa Fe.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Elizabeth! And would love to see you come back. You were delightful to work with and hope you have fun in Italy!

Why the Owner Chose El Corazon de Santa Fe:
We had been coming to New Mexico and Santa Fe for almost twenty years and decided we wanted a place to call our own!
We collect New Mexican art and artists and love the amazing work that they do. New Mexico is like no other state and I'm happy to be a small part of it. We travel a lot and the arts, restaurant and cultural scenes in Santa Fe are world class and it's surprising how well it is known around the world. We recently rented an apartment in Bordeaux, France and the French owner was on his way to....the Santa Fe Opera!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We chose El Corazon because of it's wonderful location; we can walk to almost everything in town. We were just tired of expensive hotel rooms, too, and wanted more space and a kitchen while we were in Santa Fe. We can relax by the fire, in the patio or entertain in the kitchen. Plus now I have an official place to put more of the stuff we collect! We only own one place in Santa Fe, so we're not part of a big rental company, ensuring a personalized 'Santa Fe' stay.
