Studios are located in the former prestigious Mont Vernon hotel,It offers the perfect environment for a great active and relaxing vacation and a spectacular view of the beach, St Barth, Tintamarre and Pinel island.
It is probably the best location on the island, private, quiet and safe in a gated community with 24 hr security, swimming pool, tennis and right in Orient Bay beach.
Our studios has been entirely refurbished, well equipped and finely appointed. They are all the same with regards to layout, features and style.

Originally from France, we (my brother Thibault and myself Amaury) have been living in saint Martin for 16 years and own 9 studios in the Mont Vernon residence, we are very well known on the island as we own the Bistrot Caraibes restaurant in Grand Case for now 15 years (5 minuts drive from the residence)

We think it is the best part of Saint Martin, Orient Bay offers so many activities, restaurants and beach bars that other beaches don't, the residence has a wonderful view of Orient Bay, St Barth, Tintamarre and Pinel island
