Outside you will find a private residents only heated pool, if you prefer a more peaceful scene, walk down to the deck overlooking the intracoastal waterway with chairs to enjoy a shady spot on hot days. Interesting in fishing for dinner? Then spend some time on the residents only fishing pier.
Inside your hideaway at the beach the luxury amenities include flat screen HDTV with Bose sound system, internet, fax/printer machine, (if you simply have to keep in touch with the office) cable TV, a fully fitted modern kitchen, morning breakfast nook, and full-size grand dining table. There are three balconies to sit and sip a morning coffee or evening aperitif. All this with tasteful plantation shutters that hide you from the outside world.
The main bedroom has a spa tub and separate shower, and walk-in closet. There is a full-size family bathroom with shower and tub. Two further bedrooms have queen-size beds and the entire condominium is tastefully furnished throughout with quality furnishings from Ethan Allen, Thomasville, and American Signature. All bedrooms and the laundry area are on the third floor, leaving the entire second floor for gracious living and relaxing. A Guest half bathroom is also located on the second floor. All bedrooms have cable TV. The Condominium also features a central radio and intercom.
This is our personal home at the beach, come and enjoy our home too. If you need time to just chill out and escape from your busy world, walk the beaches daily, and watch the pelicans dive, catch up on all those best-sellers you have been meaning to read, or write that best-seller even, then you could find no better place than here.
