"CACHALOT" sits on a 20 foot high bluff overlooking the Wauwinet Harbor. The house was completed in 2006 and this will be its second full year of rental.
The first floor has the foyer, playroom and guest bedroom and bath. The second floor has a large, open kitchen, living room and dining area off of which is the master bedroom and bath. A large deck is on the water side of the house. The views include the sunset across the harbor, coatue/coskata reserve and the village of Wauwinet. Access to the private beach is a minute away. You can swim in the warm waters of the harbor or walk for miles in either direction. It is also a great place to have your boat.
"Cachalot" is 7 miles from the town of Nantucket. While this is a remote, quiet location it is easy access via car to all Nantucket's beaches, shops, restaurants and more. Google Nantucket for more information.
