This surprisingly affordable and roomy, two bedroom condo, with large loft, is located on a gently rising, scenic mountain in the town of Silverthorne. With 4 ski areas nearby, there is a huge choice of runs for all levels of skiers and due to the many trails in Wildernest itself, there is no need to go but a few steps for hiking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.
The beautiful mountain and national forest views, from the Snowscape condos, are part of a true Colorado experience. A free shuttle circulates throughout Wildernest and provides transportation to all the activities the nearby towns and resorts have to offer. Silverthorne is the center of commerce in this part of Summit County. Over 80 Factory Outlet stores, restaurants, a big grocery store and shops of all kinds, are very convenient to this condo.
The living room in this attractive Snowscape condo has a cozy, wood-burning fireplace with ample seating. It includes a queen sleeper sofa and glass doors onto a small balcony, with a gas grill and lovely views over the national forest. The fully equipped, step-saver kitchen includes extra seating at the countertop for 4, and the adjacent dining area seats 6 at the table.
The comfortable master bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a set of twin bunks and there is a full bath for this room as well. The large loft, which is accessed by a graceful spiral staircase, provides a surprising amount of extra space to this roomy condo. Here, you will find a queen bed, a full-size futon in it's own semi-private niche, an office space with a desk and high-speed Internet, washer and dryer, and a full bath as well. In addition, there is an electronic, Pop-A-Shot type, multiple sport game that will provide hours of fun for adults and children a like.
To top it all off, this neighborhood has a great clubhouse with an indoor pool, Ping-Pong table, bumper pool, game tables, fireplace and a Jacuzzi. You will never want to go home!
