Truly a great place to stay for the price! The condo is spotless and up to date with flat screen HD TV in the living room. The central location allowed us to leave the car in the provided indoor basement parking slot and walk to the lifts and resturants. We will definately stay at the same place on our next trip to Whistler.

The condo is in a fantastic location and offers a superb Whistler Village experience. The condo has a nice decor, great flat screen tv, and the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need. The patio is also a nice bonus! I will definitely stay at Barbara's condo on future trips to Whistler. She really goes above and beyond!

Our family (of 3) had a great stay here over Winter break. The condo is right in the heart of the action on the village stroll and is a 7 minute walk to the Whistler and Blackcombe gondolas. The place was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, and perfect for a ski vacation. The covered parking was a real plus and location let us enjoy Whistler village to the fullest. Working with Barbara on the arraignments could not have been easier, we arrived smoothly, everything was "as advertised" and we started enjoying our stay from the get go.

We stayed in this unit in December 2011. The unit was exactly as described and fully met our needs. Barbara was easy to deal with and fair. All of her instructions were clear and helpful. I rented this unit off of VRBO and it was a great place: very easy on arrival, clear instructions, clean, everything worked, and very central to everything in Whistler. I would recommend it for someone looking for a unit in this price range.

I took my girlfriend to Whistler for a surprise birthday weekend and was amazes at how nice the room was and how great the location is! The owners are extremely helpful with booking and are available to answe questions. We will be back! Travellers hint: Don't park out front while you get your key. We got a parking ticket within minutes of leaving our car there! Do go to the pub across the road! Excellent beer!

We just returned from our ski trip to Whistler and loved this condo. The pictures represent the condo exactly. It is in a great location in the village but far enough away from the late night party crowds so it is quiet. It is very close to our favorite tapas bar - Element. Great views of the mountain. Comfortable bed! Would recommend to anyone

I have stayed in Barbara's Condo four times now in the past four years. Every time I am impressed with Barabara's organization and willing to help out. The Condo is always clean, has everything you could need on a vacation and recently an added plus of the new flatscreen TV and free internet which no one else has. I would highly recommend staying here as long as it's not on the same weekend I'm using it. I love Whistler!!

Amazing Whistler

The Deer Lodge Condo was everything we wanted in our Whistler ski holiday accommodation. We travelled with another couple and swapt between the bedroom and fold out couch. The couch was very comfortable. The owner's are extremely hospitable and present the condo well. All rooms are decorated nicely and the place is modern with current appliances. The location of the condo is great, only a short stroll (350m) to the gondola and just off the main street so you don't hear all the noise. The condo is great value for money and I would recommend it to my friends. If you are going to Whistler, stay at this condo!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying in this condo over the summer / fall months of 2010. We have enjoyed every minute of our time in this "home away from home" and recommend anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe home whether it be for one night or many. The owners, Barbara & Mark live locally in Whistler and were most helpful making us comfortable in the condo and also only a phone call away if we needed assistance. The photos shown on the web site are a true indication of the the high quality rental apartment you will enjoy. The location is amazing and being on the top floor of the building ensured privacy without compromised views of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains . We found the staff from the front desk most helpful and friendly with great service hours. We enjoyed the hot tub from time to time especially in the colder months and during summer made the most of the handy bike storage room. The condo is fully furnished with everything you can imagine - from spa pool towels to champaign glasses, something for everyone. We have lived in Whistler for some time now and I have to be honest the condo is immanently kept, so clean with no sign of wear or tear. We are sad to leave but hope that you get to enjoy this property on your upcoming visit to Whistler. Thank you Barbara & Mark for sharing your condo with us!

Barbara and Mark You have a wonderful place in Deer Lodge. Your pride of ownership was evident as we found everything necessary to make this a great time. Your nice touches -- live plants, clear instructions, plentiful linens/supplies, new flat screens, and homey feel made this memorable. We had absolutely no "glitches" and tried to leave it as we found it. We even picked up some ideas from you for our cabin in Lake Tahoe.
