This huge, 2000+ sq ft Forest Park townhome is located nearly at the top of the Wildernest neighborhood, on a gently rising mountain, so the fabulous views are beyond spectacular. The convenient, central location in Silverthorne, Colorado allows you to easily sample the ski slopes at 4 different ski areas, all within easy driving or shuttle distance. A free shuttle circulates throughout Wildernest and provides transportation to all the activities the nearby towns and resorts have to offer. Silverthorne is the center of commerce in this part of Summit County. Over 80 Factory Outlet stores, restaurants, a big grocery store and shops of all kinds, are very convenient to this condo.
This very roomy and well decorated townhome has a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and wide windows offering a virtual feast of both mountain and National Forest views. The well equipped kitchen is quite large as is the adjacent dining area. In addition to the deck off the living room there is a second covered balcony. For your convenience a half bath is located on the main level. The private 4-person hot tub is on the lower deck and the mountain views from this hot tub are amazing!
The three comfy bedrooms, two with private baths boasting double sinks, have the following bed configuration.
* Master - King bed with a huge private bath.
* Bedroom # 2 - Queen bed and a private bath.
* Bedroom #3 - This is the bunk room and it sleeps 5. One bunk set has a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Also in this room is another twin bed and a twin trundle. Bath across the hall.
* Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a half-bath on main level.
A washer and dryer are provided and a garage keeps your car, and any fun outdoor equipment you may bring, both safe and dry. Free WiFi is also provided.
There is no need to leave Wildernest to take advantage of the great outdoors. Two National Forest trail heads are just 100 yards from the door providing nearby hiking in the summer, and snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Come discover why Summit County is called "Colorado's Playground!"
