Charming home on Bend's desirable west side is only a few minutes' bike ride to the Old Mill District and downtown. This comfortable 2,200 square foot home is air conditioned and has a gas fireplace for warmth and relaxation at the end of your activity filled day.
The kitchen is fully stocked with service for 8 and a gas grill can be found on the back patio. Behind the large patio, we also have a bocce ball court in the back garden. In addition to the gas fireplace and TV/DVD room, there is a family room with a pool/ping pong table available. The master suite boasts a queen bed with a double vanity, walk-in closet, shower and extra deep tub. The sitting room adjacent to the master suite contains a queen size futon as well. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has mission style bunk beds. There is laundry room and a double car garage for added convenience.
In addition to the amenities of the house, the neighborhood has a club house with a swimming pool, tennis court and gym.
