Also with in walking distance (neighborhood trails go under the neighborhood streets for convenience and safety) is the McDowell Mountain Ranch Park & Aquatic Center. It is a 35-acre park with WATER SLIDES, 600' LAZY RIVER, BEACH-like entry into a large play pool, and an interactive spray pad. It also has 4 soccer fields, 2 ball fields and lap swimming. The fitness center has machine weights, dumbbells, and cardiovascular machines. The SKATE PARK is 16,000 square feet and open to skateboarders and inline skaters. There are street-like components such as tables, benches, planters and ledges all of which are designed to be used by skateboarders and in-line skaters. Additionally, the skate park has a 10' deep bowl at its deepest area. Fees for the pool and fitness center are on a drop in basis, no membership required. Daily entry fees start as low as $1.50. This park is operated by the city of Scottsdale.

The home has parking for up to 6 cars which includes a 3 car garage.   • I just wanted to drop you a quick note of thanks for the great rental property in Scottsdale. We all really enjoyed ourselves and the weather was a whole lot better than we would have had here in Vancouver! The house was perfect for us and was exactly as advertised on the web site. We have some other friends who may be contacting you on the house soon as they were going to be in the area this summer.

  • Now that we are back home and the beautiful weather of Scottsdale is just a fond memory I thought I should let you know we enjoyed the house. My whole family wanted you to know that it was exactly what we needed. The backyard had lots of room for our dinner on Saturday night. I would highly recommend the caterer. The house had lots of room for all of us. We even added the groom on a pull out Saturday night. We would love to use the house again.

  • Fabulous place! Perfectly located for both quiet time and close to night life! Very family oriented, and the house was very clean and well kept. Property Manager was very pleasant and easy to deal with. No hassles at all. We would come back!
