Remodeled and updated, Bose surround sound, NEW HD TV's, cozy family room with fireplace. TV'S in the master bedroom and downstairs bedroom. We also have fax machines in the units as well as the fastest high-speed internet available. Gas grill on deck, large very private hot tub in the backyard.
This unit is a great place for families to gather but also offers privacy for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped but there are also many restaurants nearby. There is a large grocery store within 2 minutes from the unit.

The unit was exceptional! We were well taken care of by the management. They had great deals on lift tickets and car rental. We really loved the big, private hot tub... AWESOME!! WE'LL BE BACK!

Our group of 7 had a great time at this condo. It has a nice view of the mountains and is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. We had no problems locating the condo and the grocery store was right around the corner. Canyon Sports is only a 5 minute drive and has great discounts on lift tickets. The owner Kevin was always easy to contact and quickly responded to any requests we had. The unit did not have a crock pot but Kevin dropped one off for us to use. He also took the time to answer all of our questions and made our trip easier to coordinate. Kevin also had great deals for lift tickets at Snowbird and Brighton which were great resorts. The location of the condo provided easy access to Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon. The beds were comfortable and the wifi access was very fast. Thanks again Kevin for your hospitality.

Top-notch accommodations with easy access to nearby ski resorts were beautifully furnished, cozy comfortable, and clean as a whistle. Enjoyed our "down-time" off the slopes almost as much as the skiing itself! Blazing-fast internet, large flat-screen TVs, and plenty of local eateries and brewpubs made for total relaxation, not to mention the after-ski soaks in the secluded hot tub... this one makes my top-ten list for sure! Friendly and helpful owner, easy to book, and everything was just as promised when we arrived. We'll be back...

Wonderful location! Close to Utah's fabulous ski resorts and all amenities. Home is very clean, in excellent condition and comfortable, makes for an easy stay. Owner provided much valuable information that enhanced our holiday immensely. Coming back for 2nd time this year after such a great experience. Also, I was able to keep everyone in family happy with the great internet connection supplied. Thank you!

I live in Camarillo, CA & have been visiting Utah for over 25 years. I love everything this state offers, incredible snow skiing, reservoirs, canyons, hiking you name it...this state is a glorious wonder! I visit Utah at least twice a year, 5 years ago I was blessed to find Kevin's unit in Sandy, UT. It is right at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, 5 minutes from Little Cottonwood Canyon and 25 minutes from Park City. The unit is immaculately clean, well equipped (I didn't need to run to the store once for cups, plates, can opener, etc.) and during the winter the hot tub is perfect after a long day on the slopes. Kevin even throws in lift tickets WOO-HOO!!! I just recently wrapped up a trip to good ole SLC in June and I was not dissappointed! This unit is minutes from a bike rental store, a summer concert series opened the week I arrived, not to mention the annual downtown arts festival & Kevin even threw in some tickets to the Bee's (local baseball team) game. Kevin has always gone above and beyond for me & I love renting from him. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit the beautiful state of Utah!
