Four Couples stayed at this beautiful home - We would highly recommend it for winter or summer stay !Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home this past New Years with a total of 16 family and friends. The house is gorgeous and perfect for entertaining a large group like ours. The shuttle service to the lifts worked out great as did the family suites. Hopefully we can come back next year!! We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to stay in the Million Dollar Home with Million Dollar views over this past Christmas (2004). We met family members from Arizona and Ohio, altogether there were 18 (15 adults) of us. It was a fantastic home that allowed for privacy and plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Each bedroom had it's own Master Bath, which was very important for such a large group. Plenty of warm water for everyone, a very nice kitchen as well as dining area. The house was everything we had hoped it would be. In addition the owners were readily available to answer questions when we wanted to know anything about the facilities. In addition the owners pay for the ski shuttle to come to your front door to haul you the short distance to the slopes. We had a great time, we couldn't be happier with the house, our special Christmas and working with these owners. Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: I am a retired Engineer who built this fine custome home in 2005/2006. It is one of the finest homes in Keystone Resort. I live in Summit County full time with my daughter who is in High School. My home was built on a fine piece of property I've owned since 1999 with grand views of Buffaloo Mountain, Red Mountain and the Gore Range, also backs and sides to the Nat'l Forest with hiking, biking, snowshoeing, trails right out my door. I moved up to live full time in Summit County in 2003 after many years of owning and renting various condos and other homes in the area.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
It was never intended to be a vacation rental but times require me to rent out my home so it is not anything like you will ever find in a vacation rental. This is a true, very high end custom home that I now share with guests to enjoy year round.
