Perfect for any get together from corporate events to sport team lodging, even to small weddings. The Somerset beach rental complex is designed to accommodate larger parties. This two building rental beach house was designed for casual gatherings. See the ocean from the front door and spectacular sunsets over Florida's #1 beach - Clearwater. Just 1/2 mile from the Clearwater Hilton Hotel you can walk or ride the trolley everywhere. Kid central with fun activities for adults and children. A maximum of 40 people can gather at once on the grounds.
This 10 bedroom beach property is divided into two buildings, the front building with a seven bedroom and four bathrooms, second building with three bedroom two bathroom and the courtyard which can be used for family barbeques or intimate gatherings. Brand new renovation. The front building is decorated with girls in mind-bright sherbet colors and white furnishings. The back house is for the boys with a Tommy Bahama theme for the annual golf and fishing trip. The front and back building have its own full kitchen, dining room and family room. These two are connected by a courtyard that will fit up to 40 people, perfect for family reunions, receptions and BBQs. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, perfect setting for a family hangout. Courtyard also comes with a 2,200 gallon spa that functions like a pool. Kids love the giant spa to play in and adults love it to relax at night. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach to Redington Beach.
If approved by owner you may rent just one house and have access to the courtyard and spa. Please ask for more info.

Clearwater Beach is world famous as one of the nicest beaches in the country. Right near the popular free Pier 60 Daily Sunset Festival, this house is located on a more deserted part of the beach but within a short walk or trolley ride to all the fun activities. Very family friendly area with plenty of activities. The Tampa International Airport, just 30 minutes away makes travel very easy. Located 30 minutes from Tampa Busch Gardens, 90 minute drive to all Disney area theme parks. Clearwater Beach is also popular with golfers, fishermen, boaters and anyone who loves sugar white sandy beaches. We love living here mostly for the amazing sunsets!

I didn't think we would find something that would hold my whole family with 4 brothers and 2 sisters, our parents and our kids but this place did it all. Right by the Pier but a few quiet streets up and right next to the beach, playground and pool. The company was good to work with and the two houses had all new linens, was clean and well equipped. We recommend it highly to anyone.

I chose the beach house for my stay because I wanted all of my family and friends to be together. I was celebrating my wedding and had a big group of people coming in from Kansas. It was very convenient to have the separation of the two homes. Family stayed in the bigger home and friends stayed in the smaller home. Having two kitchens was definately a plus. The beach was walking distance which was awesome. Everything was clean and ready to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here agian!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful our stay was at Somerset Beach Rental on Clearwater Beach. We had a large family gathering and this place was perfect. We used both houses and enjoyed the common patio between the two houses. The awesome hottub was<br/> great for relaxing later in the evening and the children enjoyed playing in it during the day. We had one mechanical issued and it was resolved in a flash. Alan was great with making sure everything was taken care of quickly. He was prompt on greeting us on<br/> arrival and checking in to make sure everything was taken care of. Thanks BeachHouse for making our get together so much more remarkable by offering this great house for rental. OH -- the beach - just a short block away was totally awesome and with so many<br/> resturaunts, shops, stores and Pier 60 within walking distance we didn't even need our cars. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

We all gathered for a family wedding and the house fit our needs perfectly. We loved the location, close to walk to the beach and quit neighborhood. We were all pleased with the room and the set up, it was great. Planning to return next year!

Very comfortable house for a large group. Very roomy house with nice furnishings, really close to the beach. Location is family oriented and you can walk to restaurants and the pier as well. The trolley also stops close by. The spa is actually a better amenity than a pool, its big and it has jets. The kids were having fun in it all day and the adults used it to relax at night. Really nice vacation. Also the employees were great to work with. We cant wait till next year. Thanks!

This property was very comfortable and spacious. We had a family reunion in the summer and it was great! Amenities are a plus and the giant spa was great for the kids. It was within a walking distance to all restaurants and Pier 60. We also used Cambria and Bay Esplanade beach house which are 2 minutes from this property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

What a find! The staff has thought of everything we needed for a perfect family reunion. It is huge, clean, cute and right on the best part of the gorgeous beach. We walked everywhere and spent a lot of time at the Pier that had cheap or free activities for everyone in our group from the little kids to the teen and adults. This property is amazingly well thought out for big groups. The rental company even helped us with suggestions for prepared food for our big group and activities that everyone enjoyed. There is a lot to do in this area. we plan to make it annual trip.
