Skyline is a beautiful ski-in/ski-out new property with the most amazing views of town.
This ski in/ski out property is located one and one-half blocks from the Burro Trail where you ski about 500 feet to the Lower Lehman lift on Peak 9. To ski back in you must be an intermediate skier, you will lift up to Peak 10 and ski back to the Burro Trail. In the summer this trail offers a wonderful 15 minute walk to Main Street or a 10-minute walk to the shuttle.
The main level of this beautiful home boasts high ceiling with views of Breckenridge and a gorgeous fireplace that divides the great room and dining room. The kitchen is a gourmet, fully stocked with gorgeous granite and stainless steel appliances.
The upper level offers a game room with a pool table for your unwinding pleasure. Bedroom #1 has a king bed plus an armoire with TV.
The top level is a Master Suite (Bedroom #2) that offers a fireplace, king bed, TV and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and yet more views of town.
The lowest level offers Master Suite (Bedroom #3) with king bed, TV and a full master bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and Bedroom #5 is a bunk room with twin top/queen bottom and twin trundle underneath. A full bathroom is also located on the lower level to be shared between Bedroom Three and Four.

guidelines, is still classified ski-in/out. In order to get to the ski runs
you will have to walk. In addition, ski-in/out is weather permitting.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults, or 15 total with children.
The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.
4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access: 1 1/2 blocks to Burro Trail - 500 ft to Lower Lehman Lift on Peak 9.
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $255 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $750.00 and will be collected in advance.
The tax rate is 11.675%.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. The house is beautiful! The hot tub is a very welcome way to spend an hour after some serious skiing and boarding. The only thing we missed was a kettle!! The house was beautiful, and worked perfectly for our group of seven adults. The steam shower in the master bath was super (we all used it at one point or another); the view from the (perfectly warm) hot tub was incredible. There was plenty of room for us to enjoy meals together (and cook them), play games, and watch the Super Bowl. Everyone at River Ridge Rentals was friendly and helpful. I do agree with the previous reviewer that the lack of bathroom on the loft level was a bit awkward, but we just went with the flow. The provided provisions were above average - plenty (plenty!) of towels, dishes, soap, shampoo, silverware, and paper products were in the house. I have stayed in many a rental where this was decidedly not the case, so having these things is a delightful bonus.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

We rented this house for a vacation with 2 other families, including 5 teenagers. Check in was super easy and we found it was very clean. The one minor problem we had with the range was taken care of right away. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and game system. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking, biking or kayaking. Breckenridge is great with lots of shops, excellent restaurants and a 24hr grocery. Lots of stairs. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite, another two can share the 3rd full bath but the 5th bedroom is off the loft with the pool table and was awkward. We had a great time and would stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
