Our duplex is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean on a full acre of land. The views are nothing short of spectacular! The location takes advantage of our prevailing southeast breezes year round.
This secluded property has 100 feet of beach front. The grounds are tropically landscaped with fruit trees, palms, and flowering plants.
The flats on Grassy Key are some of the most sought after fly fishing locations in the world. Catch Bonefish, Permit, and Tarpon right outside your door. Wander down the shoreline looking for driftwood and birdwatching. Swim with the Dolphins at the Famous Research Center within walking distance from the property.
Moderate-sized boats can moor right off shore... or deep-water dockage is available within a few minutes from the duplex, if needed.

Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival to ensure refund,
less $25 Cancellation Fee.
Add $75 for Departure Cleaning.
