Why the Owner Chose Portofino
Mike Landreth is originally from this beautiful area and I(Bud Picou) fell in love with this amazing beach community the First visit here......It has been my mission to own a piece of it one day.........
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While all of the units in portofino are beautiful,they all do not have quite the same view......Our unit Has the Southwest unobstructed gulf front view......We have an unobstructed(no other towers in your way) view of the gulf,as well as the island and Santa Rosa sound......The SUNSETS are unbelievable.....It honestly has the BEST view in Portofino......We have a built in grill on the Patio as well as having many extras such as beach chairs,umbrella,beach towels,blow up rafts,toys,boogie board and large beach blanket, all for guest use..we also have a Port o crib for those with very young children......

Just returned from this beautiful condo. Pictures do not do it justice, and the veiw is awsome. Loved the decor with lots of new orleans saints collectables Bud was great with all my questions , you will not be dissapoined if you rent from him. Atrium spa was lovely. Property is spotless , the infinity pool is wow . The condo has everything you need, cookware, plates ( not plastic). Look forward to returning. It was a little windy, but you are at the beach. The only negative I have is the restarant on property is very over priced, it is not but about 5 miles to great eats. Thanks for the use of your lovely home

Bud & Mike - What a treat - - we certainly had a little slice of heaven this week - The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained......all is just as the pictures show! We were so comfortable and felt right at home for the week - Bud was wonderful with sending info and answering all questions beforehand.....an easily planned trip because of this.... The Portofino complex is equally impressive - excellent and courteous staff at every turn - Beautiful grounds and lots to do ...... HIGHLY highly recommended - - we WILL be returning!!!!!!!! thanks again Bud and Mike!

Bud & Mike, We just returned from another great vacation at your condo. We've been to Portofino six times, including twice now at your place. My husband and daughter enjoyed the beach and pool, but I love the balcony the best. Can't beat the view anywhere in Pensacola! Your condo offers everything we need for a memorable trip. We'll start looking at next summer's calendar now to plan our 2011 vacation. Thanks for sharing your lovely beach home with us.

We have never stayed at such a lovely, well appointed condo like this before. It looks and feels like a model condo out of a luxury condo magazine. My regards to whoever put this all together. The view of the Gulf is beautiful. Same for the unobstructed views of the evening sunset. Of the five towers in the Portiofino complex, this is the tower, this is the floor, this is the view I want to return to. Gary and Maureen
