This luxuriously renovated 2 bedroom, 2/12 bath, 2 floor condo will accommodate max 4 adults and 2 children. There is air conditioning throughout.
The first floor entrance greets you into a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and full terrace, with a breathtaking view of Flamingo Beach and surrounding hills on the Pacific Ocean. The living room has 2 large couches, TV, stereo, DVD player, and high speed wireless internet access or through USB and ethernet connection.
Elegant formal dining room seats 6, with an additional bar area next to the kitchen with 4 comfortable stools.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave and granite countertops. The first floor terrace has 2 lounges and an outside eating area for 4
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and full terrace.
The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, seating area, cable TV and small refrigerator, high ceilings and luxurious bathroom with granite counters. The hand painted ceramic sinks were designed with a relaxing tropical touch. The Jacuzzi and shower are surrounded by decorative rock wall.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with ocean view and full bathroom. TV
An inflatable high-rise queen size bed is available for additional sleeping space. It can be set in the master bedroom.
The second floor terrace has a comfortable seating area and 2 lounges.
