Our condo is located on the third floor of a quiet four-story elevator building directly across the street from the South Beach access entrance. The Seaview complex has a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis court for your use during your stay. You will be steps from the soft, white sand beach which is 150 feet long and over 3 1/2 miles long. There you can spend the day sunning, swimming, walking or just watching the seabirds, dolphins or the parasailors.

Those who enjoy golfing, fishing and boating will be pleased with Marco Island. There are many excellent restaurants for those who enjoy fine dining. Of course, our condo is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook at home.

The décor is tropical with bright cheerful colors. Pictures are enclosed for you to review. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the couch in the living room can be converted into a queen size sleeper. Off the living room is a screened lanai where you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes while you have your morning coffee or evening nightcap.

A $200 security deposit is required to hold your date and is returned within 1-2 months of your stay in order to allow the cleaning service to check on the unit and to get the phone bill on any long distance charges. Local calls are free. Full payment is necessary 6 weeks prior to your date. Our rates are considerably less than a stay at one of the hotels on the island and you have much more room.
