Our romantic mountain retreat - Mount Lassen, California Cottage Rental Nestled amidst towering pines, cedars, and firs at the 4200 feet elevation, Wyndehurst Cottage is a newly remodeled one bedroom, one bath cottage that can sleep four. There is a private deck out back off the bedroom and a patio for barbecuing. You can hike, bike, ATV ride, cross country ski, snowmobile, sled, view wildlife, horseback ride , or pick apples right from your back-door. No need to trailer your equipment to another area as we are adjacent to miles of roads and trails. An easy five minute drive takes you to great local swimming holes and trout fishing (a 15 minute drive by ATV). Drive by car 15 minutes to the entrance of Lassen Volcanic National Park and see hydro-thermal wonders, waterfalls, or play in the snow (even in the summer!). A fabulous place for relaxing and enjoying the great outdoors in beautiful Northern California!
