  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Luau. The condo was clean and conveniently located within the San Destin Beach and Golf Resort. Our favorite things about our stay included the short walk to the beach, the gated community, as well as a washer/dryer! We plan to make our trip there a yearly tradition!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  this was my families first trip to destin and using this web site. the owner was very nice and helpful with questions and last minute changes. the overall area was great. the property was clean, well kept and well maintained. i would recommend this site and the owner to everyone. we will be going back.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

• Wonderful Place

  This is our 1st time here in Destin. I wanted to find a newer place by the beach with a short walk to the beach. The Luau Tower 1 was the perfect place. It's a short about 200yds walk down a sidewalk to the beach front. Includes washer/dryer....a BIG PLUS, 24 hours manned security gate and the pool required a wristband which kept other unwanted people away. Parking was free and must have security code. Plenty of parking. Bike rentals was a simple walk to the front of the Sandestin Resort office. A short drive to The Village of Baytowne, that is where there is dining, shops, and KidsZone Adventure which includes ziplining and sky trails. My kids loved that. It's part of the Sandestin Golf and Resort that only allow owners and guests. Will definitely comes back again. Thanks Sherri and Rick.

  Loved our stay in Sandestin. Luau units are great-brand new, have easy access to the beach and a have a beautiful pool area. So nice to have the amentity cards. Free bikes and tennis were definately a big plus for us. Sheri and Rick were so nice to rent from-we will do it again soon.

  What we loved, Free daily bike rental Free hour of tennis daily The kids liked the KidZone day camp and the daily kid activities Short walk to the beach The super slide and miniature golf close by Beautiful Luau pool with lots of lounge chairs and hot tub The shops and restaurants of Baytowne Wharf The furnishings of the building, grounds and unit were great Parking nearby for your car We did not have to wait very long, if at all, at the Baytowne Restaurants. Overall, we loved it highly recommend the resort for families as it is so self contained and you are not nickeled and dimed to death with so many of the amenities being included in your stay. I actually just told someone today at my workout about Sandestin and about vrbo. She needs a 3 bedroom of I'd send her your way! Thanks again! You made the process nice and easy! Melanie Scheetz P.S.   Luau is Sandestin's newest beachside development. The pool and landscaping is beautiful. The unit is spacious but cozy. We love Sandestin and all the family fun. Great golf courses on property and a fantastic tennis center.
